Ive called for the last hour to a busy line. Finally call right back and they hung up. Same happened last time. I'm truly just trying to be curious to them bc I do want to order two family packs. Witch also means I'm spending good amout of money. Especially when they still charge the same price when they don't gove you the 8 biscuits that come with your order. Guess I'll have to go to KentuckyFC. I rather not but.....

Past 2 times I have visited, there have been issues with my order/food. Last time, they gave me the wrong order, got home and had to drive all the way back across town for them to correct it. This time the catfish was undercooked. I think everyone knows that if it taste like it smells, "fishy", it's undercooked. I don't know about anyone else, but catfish, I need it "well done". I wonder if I had ordered it that way, would it have been prepared that way??? That was money wasted!
The food was good. I got the fish sandwich combo with (catfish). I didn't know it was the whole catfish on a sandwich. Which made it hard to eat due to the amount of bones. I wish it would have been the filets instead of the whole fish or someone told me before I paid that it was the whole catfish. But overall, it was seasoned nicely and made fresh to order. I won't get that again, but may try something else. Not sure. He got the fried chicken and had no complaints.

Drive-Thru is very slow. They are not fast and efficient like the old crew from previous years and decades...They do not speak at the Drive-Thru Speaker to let you know that they will be with you. They just have you sit there until they are ready to take your order. You don't know if the speaker is working or not. That is very rude customer service any where...That part of Customer Service need to be worked on...
