Ordered in the drive- thru and asked for a lemonade with one of the syrups added then when he repeated back to me the order he said slushy. I told him just the lemonade not the slushy. When we pulled up to the window the man who took our order wasn’t at the window but we could hear him loudly saying how he told us it was a slushy multiple times and was cursing. Not once did I order a slushy or mention it, and I am sure it was not difficult to change the order in the system. I would say for the most part at this location only a few of the team members have good customer service. Lots of immature and disrespectful workers.

No slushies???? What? The machine is broken??? Sonic only has one slushie machine??? Half your menu is slushie based, you need two! No one answered at the drive thru menu.

The cashier that we had. His name is Rob. And it's almost 6:50 we had just come from church. And he was so bright and happy, and he was smiling. Thanking God that God woke him up this morning. I love it when people have an uplifting spirit when they work. In my eyes he earned a raise.
This place is a joke dont prepare anything right $40 for 2 basic meals this isnt the first time either

I can’t rate the food because I am never able to get any!!! The night shift crew, no matter the time of the week, is absolutely ridiculous! Waiting in the drive through 15-20 minutes before someone has spoken to us. Employees hiding in the kitchen when we drove around bc they didn’t want to take our order close to closing time!

My Husband just got home from Milledgeville Sonic and his order was ALL WRONG. He ordered a All American Hotdog with tater tots and a slush. He got a Chill dog with grease fries and a orange drink. Very sad when they weren't busy.

DO NOT get a route 44 sized anything. Purchased an iced coffee in the route 44 size (biggest size they have). Got home to pour it into other cups so I could add some water to it since it was so sweet, and all the coffee fit into a 16oz coffee mug WITH the water I added to it. The rest was just ice. Ridiculous. Not even gonna get into the 10 minutes we spent waiting in the drive thru when NOBODY else was there.
