For the most part this Starbucks is great, but I have one major complaint. Recently I have come here and they will have the inside closed, so you have to go through the drive thru. I mobile order for the inside so I can grab it immediately and not have to wait, but each time this has happened I have sat for 10 minutes in line at least
For the last 2 Fridays, this location has been closed and today, Sunday it is closed. Before posted closing hours. I have wasted gas and time coming all this way just to come to a closed establishment. Probably will not be coming back.
We stop my here at least once a week. Im not from Milledgeville, and where I live, we don't have a Starbucks, so it's a treat. Most of the staff here could use a lesson on customer service. Every once in a while, we get staff that are actually happy to be there. We always ask for an extra carmel crunch. Here, lately, it takes an act of congress to get what we order. I am actively looking for a different coffee shop. One star on the atmosphere because we never enter the...
