Not even sure what the person making my sandwich was doing. I ordered the boss and all i changed was extra parmesean. There is lettuce tomatos and onions on my sub. Already had attitude from the staff on a prior visit. Will certainly be visiting a different subway from now on.

Would be cool when I walk In to order an Italian BMT if they knew what it was. Straight up asked if I KNEW how to make it. Poor man had a co worker of his playing on her phone in the corner of the store watching him struggle and not helping. 6:30 pm Friday on May 17th. I straight up left since they couldn't do the bare minimum the job required

They were short staff was only one worker there working and she worked fast to service everyone with what sandwiches they wanted.

This is a Turkey sub, not an Italian sub. When I send someone to get me an Italian sub, you shouldn’t have to ask them what meats go on an Italian sub. Ham, salami, pepperoni… not turkey. That’s like bartender asking what goes in a Pina Colada. You know who can make a great Italian sub, Jersey Mikes.
Food is usually pretty good here whenever the employees decide to have all of the veggies prepped and ready for service ??.

Terrible customer service. We were the only customer’s in the store and they took 5 minutes to even look at us bc they were on their phones. Told us we couldn’t use the subway coupons because they “are a private store” but when I tried the coupon thru their app for the same location, it worked perfectly fine…..and none of them even smiled once, they all look like they hate being there. All around extremely disappointing and not coming back to this location.
