Man working literally came out and looked at me when I came in and didn't greet me . Proceeded to head to the back of the restaurant and continued to do whatever he was doing in the back . I stood there for 10 minutes I was the only person in the restaurant in line outside of a old white couple that were seated and eating . Terrible customer service 5/19/24 7:20pm. Racist location

I'm not sure who the lady is but she is very rude.. I have worked as a manager of subway for many years and would never in my life treat someone this way. And since when does subway not except their own coupons?? I promise I will never come back to this location ever and will not recommend it to anyone. Also the place was nasty ??
Friendly service and my sub was great. This is the only subway in town I will go to, the other 2 the employees are rude AF and won't fix my sub correct.

I went to the Columbia road subway at Wal-Mart at around 8pm. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and only one person working and he looked to be a teenager. His name was DeMarcus and he was awesome!!!! Courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. He fixed the orders correctly and did not get flustered, awesome job DeMarcus!!
