Poor drive thru service today. I had to pull off. I thought I was talking to a five year old. I said if the order taking is this poor, I couldn’t imagine eating any food that they had.

Not a bad place to go for food services but your looking for a job here you won't find much luck. Management does not seem organized enough to even show up for the interview. Quite unfortunate.

I doordashed this taco bell and it took approximately 2 hours for us to receive this order. Our doordasher was amazing, but this establishment was not. The tacos arrived soggy and cold. Two nacho fries left out of the order. Extremely dissapointed. I wish I could rate this negative stars.

This location at Taco Bell is supposed to be open at 10 AM and I called multiple times on the dot and nobody answered and then I waited 30 minutes and I called again. And then when I used the app, my order was canceled twice.

0 Stars. Worst customer service in the entire area. Especially at night. They operate at an extremely slow pace. Expect to wait in line 30+ minutes and they may not even have your order. Workers lack professionalism and have condescending attitudes with customers & even their fellow coworkers. There’s also an extremely rude woman with long locs who works the window. She has the worst attitude I've ever seen. I don’t recommend coming here unless it’s last resort and you’re starving.

I ordered DoorDash to my house and the tacos were disgusting. Not just that, I got food poisoning and have been throwing up all night. This Taco Bell has never been good, I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. That’ll be the last time I do.

I went it took forever for them to let me pay with cash. Then I got my order after about 10 minutes. I went to the fountain drinks and there was none of any drink. Then I get my food and it’s the wrong quesadilla with the wrong sauce and chicken.

Went through the drive-thru at approximately 10:45 this morning had to turn around and go back into the drive through again and then lower the house they got it wrong again how hard is it to not put cheese on a Taco that's what I want to know? And the chalupa shell was so tough and old or whatever I couldn't I couldn't chew it I couldn't buy it it was horrible! And I'm assuming the lady at the drive-thru was the manager she was dressed like the manager and I just don't understand it. I will never pull into that Taco Bell ever again. It was overpriced trash 1593 for chalupa supreme and two soft tacos and a chips and cheese because it was tough or not right. I don't have money to waste oh well

I don't usually write reviews, but I was really upset with my experience. I know it can get busy, but that doesn't justify the poor service I received. I had to repeat my order twice and the lady was visibly annoyed. She then proceeded to yell at her coworker in front of me about how I pulled up to the window without her flagging me down and was completely rude about it infront of me. which was completely unprofessional. When I got home, I found that my quesadilla was burnt, lacked of filling and my order was incomplete.

Stop in today since I didn't have time to wait in line somewhere else. Food was nothing but greasy and didn't have the lettuce or sour cream on it ordering 2 soft taco supremes and and there only 1 car I'm front of me so that is not the reason that they didn't doy order right.

Every single time I've been to this drive through in the past month or so they have asked us not to pull up to the window till they flag us forward, and then never flag us forward. I've reluctantly waited for 15-30 mins multiple times at this drive through. Never once being told to pull up, once I finally do decide I'm done waiting they hand me my already cold food... They've even asked me to come into the store on a few occasions to get my food because they didn't want me to sit in the window increasing their drive through time. What is the point in a drive through window if you want me to come into the store to get my food anyways?? I should mention also, these aren't big orders either. Single person or two person orders, and every single time I get asked to wait or come inside. On top of all of this, my orders are frequently incorrect. I don't think I've ever seen a store that cares less about doing their job well.
