I wouldn’t even rate this place as one star. I actually would give it a -3. Tb in milledgeville will make your orders before you’re even before you complete placing your own order at the drive-through. They get mad at you for wanting to customize your order and will not make the order you want. Not only that, but the Cashier at the drive-through will nodded on you. If you go in to correct your order… they will still get it wrong… ridiculous..

I believe if you take the time to leave a bad one, you should take the time to leave a good one. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a VERY long time with Patrice at the Milledgeville GA drive through tonight. This person went above and beyond to quickly and completely resolve my issue without any rudeness or passing it off to the next. This employee needs a promotion and a raise. Reward the good employees. Make the feel appreciated!

Terrible service and food…. Spent almost $30 for pretty much tortillas thrown in a toaster it was disgusting. Drive through lady’s were also really sketchy. Cinnabons were good tho, can’t really mess those up.

I went there with a friend to pick up a large order because we were pretty hungry. It took over 45 minutes to get the food and while I was inside picking up the food for said friend who was in the car, the employees were talking trash about the large amount of food that we were ordering. It felt very shameful. And generally in the past few years, getting food at this Taco Bell has always been a very slow experience. Please do better.

Food is good and the staff is usually pretty good folk. The only real bad thing is the wait time in the drive through but honestly for good food and service it's worth the wait.Vegetarian options: They don't have a lot of vegetarian options but what they have is good and you can always add to them.
