OK I will say that I am a year and half into being plant based and being that it is hard to find vegan friendly places in middle Georgia. This place was a great find while driving through milledgeville on my way back to macon. I ordered two plates, I'll review the other one later. Today I will review the Philly Cheese "Steak" plate and I got potato wedges and Mac and cheese as a side. First off you if you an oil free -vegan then maybe steer clear of Philly but to be honest it wasn't really that oily. The "meat" in combo with the (what I assume is cashew cheese) with veggies and bum where delicious! The potato wedges were just potato wedges.. Nothing fancy, a bit under seasoned and the Mac and cheese (which again may be cashew cheese) was good, no it didn't taste like traditional Mac and cheese but it is very good... I also bought two juices along with my meals. A turmeric and ginger based juices, both delicious. All in all I give this food a Mid 7/10Meal #2 - disappointed. So this is my review for the second meal I ordered...I ordered a bbq sandwich with Jack fruit and potatoe wedges. I didn't get anything I ordered. If you look at the pic, I got a bbq sandwich but with tofu instead of jackfruit which was very disappointing because in Macon it's few and far between to find jack fruit locally. It was just 3 very thin strips of tofu. And instead of potatoe wedges which I love, they gave me tater tots, which I do not enjoy and the ones I was given weren't good at all.The tofu was well seasoned which was fine but it's not what I paid for nor wanted. I can make tofu anything at all. But to find a place that uses jackfruit I was excited but like I said.. Not what I ordered. This meal was a low 3/10 for me.Dietary restrictions: Cheeses are nut based

Ordered via doordash the summer of 2022 several times. Surprised Milledgeville has this type of food offering. Overall, the food is good. It looks great and they give good portions. My problem is that most of my order, expect the cake (which is amazing), is bland. I've had vegan food before and it should be better seasoned than what you get here. Maybe it's the dish I order. Unfortunately, with Doordash their menu options seem limited. I've had their burger and fries several times. I've had the mac and cheese and the cauliflower wings. As previously mentioned, the cake, which is really good. But everything thing else wasn't anything to call home about. The mac and cheese was really disappointing. I tried going in person to order several times between 2022 - 2023 to try some of their other menu options in case the doordash menu is limited. Unfortunately, they are never open when I visit or pass by that area. I gave up and don't bother with DD anymore since the app is overpriced and redundant. Really wish this place had a schedule they adhered to. I assume this place is a side hustle for the owner and they dont need all the cash they are missing out on by being closed most of the time.

Go taste and see the food at taste and see. Harry, LaMecca and Rya have plant based food nailed. They love Jesus and it shows not only in their food but in how they treat people. Give Taste and See a try. You will be back.

The owners were very sweet & welcoming. She came out of the kitchen to greet all the customers and help with menu suggestions. The setup inside of the waiting space was cute, & there was a mini fridge that had other items inside of it. Also, there was a chalkboard that had other items listed on it that were also available upon request. I ordered the vegan hibachi when I say it was worth the freshly made to order wait!!!! OMG!!! The explosions of flavor and deliciousness were absolutely a joy to eat in every bite I took. I highly recommend coming and checking this spot out, I loved everything about my experience.

First off let me say I am not vegan, but my fiancé is! I was scared and anxious of trying this at first, but I’d honestly say I was very surprised! The taste was amazing and the food was FULL of flavor, and had a kick to it! The juice was even better, the hibiscus and ginger had a very great taste! The cake wasn’t my favorite, but overall the place is a nice “ hole in the wall “, as my fiancé would say!

The best vegan food in the south. Super friendly staff! They have a cute little backyard with some colourful chairs and tables. What they could do to be even better is to change all the plastic containers, that the food comes in, to something environmentally friendly. We will come back!

Amazing vegan food! Air fried potato wedges and cauliflower wings was a nice surprise! Mac & cheese was made with super clean ingredients. You can really tell they put love and effort in their food! Price is very reasonable! If you’re ginger fan, please get their hibiscus tea! Best thing ever!

(updated Nov 22) I am probably a little biased because I have been hoping for a vegan restaurant to come to Milledgeville for years, but I honestly think this is actually a really great restaurant and I would still eat here even if it weren't the only veg place for many miles. Note the only nonvegan ingredient they use is honey and it is only in some of the drinks or dessert specials as far as I know. Actually, I'm not even sure if it is in any of the drinks anymore. I think they very rarely use honey. I often get the Oat Burger because it is really delicious and filling. However, they recently started making a Philly cheesesteak and it is my new favorite. They also have cauliflower wings that are great. My favorite is the garlic parmesan. The mac and cheese is excellent. The baked beans are great. The barbecue plate is good - they used to use jackfruit, but I think they do soy curls now. I also really like the avocado wrap, which is basically like a cheeseburger in wrap form, but with a lot of arugula. It somehow tastes very fresh. I get that when I want something less heavy than a burger or cheesesteak with potato wedges. The cakes are from a bakery in Atlanta and are excellent. The strawberry cake is my favorite. There is very limited indoor seating, but some decent outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. They can get pretty busy, so it sometimes takes a while to get your food, so I would recommend calling in advance. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-25
