4 of us went into this slightly busy Waffle House, but there were open tables. The workers were greeting everyone else as they came in but yelled at the 4 of us that it would be a 20 minutes wait. We replied and said it was fine and we could wait. After about 30 minutes we still had not even been approached for water when the restaurant had completely emptied out. We still had not been approached. At 40 minutes we started looking around and at about 50 minutes we had still not been approached and walked out of the restaurant and still, shockingly, no one said a thing! Once we got out of our car another couple walked in, sat in the exact table we were just sitting in, and immediately got served! Words genuinely don’t describe how upset I am about this. This behavior is not okay.

These people really let us down. Almost ruined a Christmas Eve Waffle House dinner tradition. Refused to seat us. Even though they had a sign stating that the dining room was open. Luckily, the friendly Northside location saved the day...
This particular location has really gone downhill as of late.
Crime and panhandlers thrive there. No longer has a welcoming vibe. The staff are not particularly friendly either. Unless you are just desperate for some Waffel House, I would avoid this location like the plague.

It was really slow, I ordered a simple coke and It took at least 10 minutes. I also ordered a coffee and it took 20 minutes minimum. I got my eggs and they were completely cold. Workers didn't seem to have any sense of what they were doing.

Food was on par with any other mediocre waffle house. Even in an empty dining room, the service was fairly slow and unwelcoming. Plastic utensils while dining in is a quick way to lose a tip and a positive review, especially, when there is no shortage of silverware, just a lack of motivation to wash dishes/utensils (automatic dishwasher) Service was eerily unwelcoming. I'm always consistently polite and tip well but the employees here acted as if it was a nuisance to have a customer, at all. Not an experience I would volunteer again. The location about 6 miles north, on the lake, is worth every minute of the 10-15 minute drive.

Came in tonight after work to place a to go order. Waited behind 6 people and then was told by the server cashing people out (Caleb) that he was NOT on to gos. He proceeded to take the check of the person behind me, pay it, WALK AWAY ENTIRELY from the counter and go to greet two guests that had just seated less than ten seconds before. Another server came up and took my order after seeing the situation unfold, but the manager did absolutely nothing. The server who walked away from the counter talked trash about me to the cooks directly in front of me while I sat at the bar. Definitely going up the road for now on to the other waffle house. These folks are rude, zero customer service skills.

Absolutely the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. It was so cold inside at 6am we could hardly stand it. The lazy waitresses could barely get up and take our order let alone pour a cup of coffee. They barely spoke and could care less about their customers. Very disappointed and we won’t be coming back
We did not have friendly service and it was too loud. And most of the loudness was coming from the help. The cooks and waitresses were using foul language. We were there twenty minutes before we were recognized.
