Absolutely my favorite waffle house, Ann and Hailey are hilarious people and the rest of the staff is extremely freindly and made jokes with me and my family made us feel like family, food also since I guess that is important is absolutely delcious as usual love it! Thanks again Hailey!

My family and I came in tonight for a later dinner. We sat at the counter as we ate. Before I continue with this, keep in mind that I have been a server since I was 18 and and now 40. So when I walk into any restaurant, I watch for certain things. Our server, Angel greeted us promptly. She came to me and asked what I would like. I told her a cup of coffee. She responded with, what do you want to eat. I have barely had a chance to look over the menu to see what grabbed my attention and already wanting to get a food order. Nope, strike 1. She moved on to my husband and sister n law. While taking my sister n law's order and my neices's order, she answered her cell phone. Strike 2. She took all of our orders and a gentleman's order before pouring out she old coffee and starting a new pot. Strike 3! If she wasn't so worried about flirting with the gentleman that came in behind us, she might have done a pretty decent job and gotten a tip. I will be calling the manager in the morning.

This use to be our favorite Waffle House. Service use to be great. However, the last few months, it has went down the drain severely. Service, has been slow, cleanliness has also went down. Today was the last straw. Went in, not too busy at the moment. Not sure how many to go orders were in line, or how busy they had been prior. However, several tables not cleaned, cook was constantly cooking several orders. Three waitresses were moving around, and then all gathered to the area around the register. No one cleaning tables or countertops, and after about 20 mins of waiting at a table, no one had come over, or even told us they would be a moment. We ended up leaving. No one acknowledged us leaving or addressed us.

Night crew was terrible we waited almost 40 mins for our food. Eggs and waffles was burnt they had to remake it. Grits was cold & my fiancée chicken sandwich was undercooked it gave her food poisoning.

First time at a waffle house and the hash browns made it worth the trip. I honestly went to try the hash browns and wasn't disappointed. Waitress was great.

It's Waffle House LOL but the food hot was hot, fresh and made well. Our server, Emily was polite. It seemed like she lost the coin toss and had to take our table, but, again, was very polite. I tipped her on the side over our customary tip for that.

Seen a roach come out from under the napkins. Do not recommend.
Well, sad to say but they really dropped the ball today. We sat at a dirty table. Not uncommon but it took 10 minutes to clear. We got coffee before throwing in the towel and going to chicfila. The server was completely overwhelmed and sad thing was that they had enough staff but there was ZERO teamwork. And it was like no one cared. They wished us well as we were walking out without even ordering. Sad, very sad. The last Waffle House review I did in Tennessee 5****stars. Perfect service. Milledgeville needs major help starting with the way the employees work together. Sorry milledgeville.

literally the worst Waffle House I've ever been to went there today at 2 o'clock to try to just get a meal and there were literally more waitresses than customers And finally I just walked out when I couldn't get anybody take my order
