Charged me twice just to refund one of my orders. I waited well over an hour, order was still wrong. I will never eat Waffle House again.They also charge an Dine In fee bout your not allowed to eat inside.
Slow cook. Before the lunch rush on top of that. Get it together.

4 of us went into this slightly busy Waffle House, but there were open tables. The workers were greeting everyone else as they came in but yelled at the 4 of us that it would be a 20 minutes wait. We replied and said it was fine and we could wait. After about 30 minutes we still had not even been approached for water when the restaurant had completely emptied out. We still had not been approached. At 40 minutes we started looking around and at about 50 minutes we had still not been approached and walked out of the restaurant and still, shockingly, no one said a thing! Once we got out of our car another couple walked in, sat in the exact table we were just sitting in, and immediately got served! Words genuinely don’t describe how upset I am about this. This behavior is not okay.
