Placed an order online and arrived at the store only for it to take 30 extra minutes past the pickup time to receive it. Day shift is great but night shift stay on their phones on FaceTime and consistently flirt and side track away from the actual job… needs a massive haul over with the “staff/jokes” they have employed here.
Place an order online. Service was kinda slow but my order was correct, customer service was good, and food was good. I don't really eat fries like that so I love the option of having corn as a side because I love corn.

When I tried going the line was out the door of people who had been waiting for over an hour. Some employees were not doing anything.
Idk who the “manager” or franchise owner is BUT you might want to rethink who is running your business. You realize the locals are the one providing you a paycheck? I understand you aren’t going to get the top pick of talent to work here BUT if your manager doesn’t know how to train your staff how to “greet” your customers or just not say a word and expect you to know if they are going to take your order … I simple greeting and even a fake smile will keep a place in business BUT if you aren’t looking at who and what is running your establishment then good luck staying in business.. Place is absolute trash ..

I will never come back to this location. They lost my ticket and so I had to wait even longer for my order. I asked for my money back and was told only the general manager could give me a refund so I was held hostage and had to wait on my order. The staff didn't apologize and neither did the general manager when I called back the next day and reported the situation. The staff was busy on their phones instead of paying attention to customer orders and playing around on their phones. They also need to watch their language using all kinds of profanity. The food wasn't even good and not seasoned. Never ever, ever coming back here. Waste of time and to high for the quality of food was put out. I should have went to Pickle Barrell.

Where do I start with them stale fries .. HARD ASS unseasoned chicken. Had 2 different flavors and neither one was good to me or my kids! They must have just redropped them because ain’t no way ANYTHING WAS FRESH! That corn wasn’t good either. It tasted redropped it in the grease and barely seasoned it.. HORRIBLE

We made a big order and it wasn't what we expected we got several different kinds of wings and fries .
Wings were over done and a waste of money
Fries. Couldn't eat as they had way 2 much salt on them everything was cold .

walked in, very clean and well kept. we were immediately greeted by who im guessing was the manager. he was very nice & even took it upon himself to ask how much ice i wanted in my cup— you can tell he cares and doesn’t just wanna rush you out !! food was really good, ranch was amazing (of course.)

I don’t want to rate less than 4 stars because I know the long term effect of low ratings and I also understand the location is still pretty new, but PLEASE READ.
I first visited August 30th, despite waiting 2 1/2 hours for my online order everything was smooth friendly and professional service at pick up, and food was fresh and good - ordered a 20pc boneless meal, regular fries, and voodoo fries.
However, today September 14th not as great as the first time. Waited 1 1/2 hours on my online order, which I completely understand being busy and new - still having to get the hang of things. The wait wasn’t the issue, I ordered once again the boneless meal for two and upgraded to voodoo fries. This time my fries were extremely soggy compared to the previous time, and I only received 14 boneless wings - 6 of those being the size of a grape. Even though I wasn’t extremely happy with the food this time I do want to compliment the service; the manager was nice and so was the person at the counter.
Finally, I want to add that mixing tickets up is more than likely part of the issue with people waiting hours for food. I watched the tickets be arranged and pushed out in whichever order they decided on instead of the order they came in at. For example, me and a few others who ordered around 4:30pm were in the store waiting until about 6:00pm - while we were waiting for our orders another person came in an ordered fries and walked out with their order within 10 minutes of ordering. Yes, I know just fries but I am pointing this out because picking and choosing the quickest and easiest orders to push out first makes those with bigger orders wait even longer.
I will try this location again after some time for it to calm down and work out the kinks. I truly hope it turns out as good as other locations.
waited an hour in the restaurant for an order that had a scheduled pickup time. was with a friend and they didn’t even check to make sure her ticket was printed (it wasn’t). our food was cold when we got it and with how long we were there you would’ve thought it was gonna be fresh and hot.
Low quality customer service. Low quality food. Order was completely wrong. The crew members seem lost and clueless. Four different people demanded refunds while I waited for my food. Lost online orders, difficulty processing refunds. Gave one customer someone else's order. Very bad beginning for this establishment. Fries are overly greasy and salted. Grease chunks at the bottom of the wings
