Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Called at 9:30 to make sure this zaxbys would still be open if I was about a 10 minute drive away. They told me they close at 10 and I was good. I get there at like 9:38 wait in the drive through line until about 9:50 and 2 workers came out to see how many cars there were, and I was the last one in line with about 4 cars in front of me. From the time I finally got to the window at 10:05 after taking everyone else in lines order and coming out multiple times to see if anyone else had pulled behind me (I was still the last one) I get to the window and they tell me they’re closed and can’t take my order. I’m like can I get anything it’s nothing big? They tell me there’s nothing they can do and they “stop making stuff” at 8pm which seems bizarre to me as they’re open until ten. Waited for 25 minutes just to leave with no food, won’t be coming back when they are open.

Service was horrible, girl taken the order kept asking what huh...stood in line forever to be waited on....employees were more worried about personal conversations than getting orders or orders to customers.

We got told in the restaurant to go order in the drivethru. We placed our order in the drivethru, and fairly quickly received part of our meal, and were told to pull up to get the rest of our meal in 2 minutes. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, we walked back in to ask for missing food. Nobody seemed to know where it was, until one girl on her phone shrugged and pointed to a bag and said "there it is." My husband's tenders were hot and fresh. The fried pickles were barely warm. My fried tenders were stone cold. Like out of the refrigerator cold. The service and the food completely sucked. Come on, Zaxby's. Get it together.

Haven't been here since 2021 because of a number of reasons, but I'm glad I gave them another try yesterday. My food was ready for pickup when I got there and it was right.

Waited almost 20 minutes for just two milkshakes and I could see them sitting on the counter behind the register. The first employee I asked just gave me a blank look and said it would be out soon. Finally I asked another employee and they said “I don’t know” but at least looked through the orders and gave me my milkshakes.

How about sell boneless wings you can actually eat, not rocks with sauce on them. Second time I couldn't even eat my chicken cause it's hard as a rock, and I live to far out to just bring it back so it just ends up being thrown away. Done Become sorry AF at this location.

Blue cheese chicken salad was nasty. There might've been a fourth of a cup of grilled chicken on it and the rest was lettuce and a mushy tomato. It was a very dull salad because it's tomato was inedible and I was left with mostly lettuce as I could not eat the croutons or the bread because of gluten sensitivity. They both looked pretty good. I came home and remade the salad by adding things to it to live it up. It was a huge salad made of mostly greens. It was so large that two packets of dressing did not cover it even though I added olive oil to it. I was sorely disappointed in the portion of me for $10.89! I know times are hard but that's ridiculous if I'm going to spend $10 on a damn salad, I deserve a decent portion of meat. Everything tested pretty good except of course the tomato, but I would've been bored out of my mind if I had not come home and added some avocado onion and cucumber to it. The blue cheese that was on there tasted rancid and I threw it out. Blue cheese is kind of rotten in taste anyway, but this tasted like it had gone bad. I will try and find something else to eat next time. My options are limited there since I cannot have fried food and it is mostly fried chicken.

Dietary restrictions: If you were looking for gluten free nails this is a difficult place to eat. Not many options because they load the salad down and croutons that look like fried onions that are out of a can with some kind of breading on them. The bread that comes with the milk is delicious but can't eat it if you need gluten-free. It is also not diabetic friendly, but neither is their fried chicken because of all the grease and breading never ceases to amaze me how unhealthy Americans have to eat if they want to eat out. All the fast food is high grease high fat and high carbs!

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available. It is a little difficult to get in and out of this place if you don't know your way around in this area as it is tucked away in the parking lot of another shopping center for Wal Mart. I knew where it was and it was still difficult at night to figure out how to get in and out of.

Picked up a Zaxby’s box yesterday for coworkers, when we opened it up the chicken tenders were hot and fresh but the fries and toast was iced cold. Didn’t make sense so when I called up there I was told by manager that they were waiting on the tenders to cook, and they know my fries and toast were cold but still gave me the food. I want order anything else from there
