The person taking orders in the drive through didnt understand us very well and refused to ask any followup questions or explain anything. Tons of long silences, no prompts, no clear answers, no indication if she was listening or whether she understood. even after we thought we'd worked it out she only rang us up for half our food, so we ended up having to go inside and order again in person to get everything. Don't bother having a drive through if it's going to be this bad, I don't expect much from customer service but if you're not going to even pretend to be nice the least you can do is get the order right!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We waited 45 mins on 1 ice cream &&& a medium drink this is bullshit. The tea in the lobby is sour as hell and the gravy is always burnt. They will not give u tea from behind the counter. I have NEVER DEALT with careless people steadily serving other people before us literally the lobby has cleared && STILL WAITING AFTER 45 MINS

Foods were tasty. The cashier acted like a prince. He didn't put our orders together. Just stood there staring off into space. The Spite was not good. The ice tea was very dark and too, too sweet. It was after 3pm and the dining tables and seats were not at all clean. Afters, we got dessert. Same guy took our orders. Then just stood there. All the other staff were busy filling orders, even the other cashier. After waiting 7 minutes and seeing customers arriving after us were getting their foods, I asked mr prince how about our ice creams. He looked at me like I was stupid. Had to show him the receipt.

I don’t expect much out of a town like Millen, but I ordered a small blizzard and waited 10 minutes, while I watched 8 people stand around And 1 person work. My “blizzard” was soft serve with half the toppings missing, and what toppings I did get were all sitting on top. When I asked them to fix it, you would’ve thought I asked for the woman’s first born the way she protested. Save yourself the trouble and either go to the one in statesboro, or keep going to the next one.
