service is hit or miss but what do you expect when staff turns over every 2 weeks? fries were not salted at all for some reason. happy meal didn't have a toy. they didn't have the $5 meal deal for some reason when every other Mcdonalds for 100 miles does. would i come back? i mean do i have a choice really when it's one of 3 fast food places within 30 miles

No common sense, has me order at the self Serv e menu, rude af, smoking pot in the parking lot.
Was told "we're not taking orders right now" at the drive through, 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. I asked are you closed and was told, "no, we're just not taking orders." When I asked how long until you do, it was "I don't know."

These reviews are totally misleading. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. The inside was trash. The manager had an extremely poor attitude. I waited over 30 mins for food. After seeing customers come after me and get their food, I decided to ask for a refund. I mean not even a drink cup while I was waiting for my food. The worst customer service. I ended up driving to Wayneboro store to eat a hamburger.

Delicious vanilla and caramel latte. Also very good cappuccino. Family of 6, visited Sunday Monday and every item was delicious, paid 44 dollars total.

Just once I would like my order to be right. Plain burgers doesn't mean pickles, mustard, ketchup. It means PLAIN. NOTHING ON IT. Also sausage McMuffin is NOT the same as sausage biscuit.

This store is horrible. I only go there when no other options are available. Went through drive thru took 20 mins to place my order. Finally made it to the window to pay for our order about 10 mins later. Was asked to park in the #1 spot and after sitting there for over 25 mins I finally went inside to check on my order. Employees were goofing off, hanging outside talking to other customers parked on the other side of the building, goofing around in the kitchen and no one seemed to care that five cars were now parked, drive thru backed up, lobby standing full of people just hanging around. This store needs to follow Popeyes and just leave.
