Not allowed to make a Nacho Boat??!!

The service horrible, staff act as if we were an inconvenience to them. The food bar was filthy and looked as though it hasn’t been wiped down in months. The fountain drink machine was so nasty. Trash was on the floor and the vegetables were sloppy and meshed. The staff had to keep going to the back to get mustard, mayo, sweet onion sauce and had an attitude each time that they had to go in the back. This is my 3rd time in three weeks frequenting this restaurant and condiments are being kept in the back for some reason. When asked why do have to keep going to the back for our mustard, and sauces we were told, because they were being refilled. That was a lie, because as soon as they were done they took it all to the back again when they were already filled. The service was poor. The cleanliness was poor. My overall visit was poor. I don’t reside in Millen, GA but I visit this Subway location each time I am passing through. The service, cleanliness and vegetables use to be superb. I took pictures of how filthy and nasty the establishment was for your information.

Came in to get a veggie sub… the lettuce was either so old or wet or both but it was disturbing. Couldn’t even eat my sub

The young lady working has the worst attitude I've ever seen in a restaurant. And apparently it is beyond her to clean up the nastiness in the dining area.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. First, no personality or communication when we entered, no one spoke to us until we asked where do we order. Then, 2 of our 5 ordered were wrong. Girlfriend orders a pizza and wasn’t asked what she wanted on top other than cheese and they baked it without toppings then proceeded to tell her they couldn’t put toppings on it because it was already cooked, didn’t offer to make it right, then tried to charge her to put cheese on it again after she agreed to overcook the pizza to heat the veggies up so she said just leave the cheese off and they put it on anyways and charged her for it. Would not recommend!!!

5 Jul ‘24 4:30 online order for pickup. Footlong, Italian Herbs & Cheese, Pepperoni, Genoa Salami, Black Forest Ham, 2X Provolone, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Jalapeños, Oil, Red Wine Vinegar. It was perfect!

The proprietor of this establishment displays a lack of professionalism and courteous behavior. Their demeanor towards both customers and employees is unsatisfactory. My visit on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, left me and my family feeling disappointed by the inadequate treatment received. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this particular Subway location and will not be returning. Improvements in customer service and fostering a more amicable work environment are paramount. The reputation of the Subway franchise is not upheld by the conduct observed at this outlet.

Food is fine but the franchise owner is a older lady that needs to learn when customers are ordering we don't want to see her getting on to the workers .I have been in this one in millen 3 different times during lunch and she is always getting on to the workers that are going as fast as they can with out messing up our food ,she needs to lay off them makes me and other customers want to leave I would not deal with her for that little bit of money they get paid .there is a time and place to talk to your workers .she needs better training. Just had to say this so sad to see people that report to these jobs like these girls do and have to deal with her if she reads this I hope she learns something .be grateful they show up to serve your customers. With that said the place has good food and friendly workers when they are not being put down about every thing they do
