Let’s just say my steamer wasn’t steaming. It was luke warm at best. When I walked in the door I didn’t hear the usual “welcome to firehouse!” I got a glance as I came in. I stood at the counter and waited for them to finish doing what they were doing, ordered my food to go and ate in the car because the vibes were off. I get that it’s a rainy day but it’s kinda your job to make sure my food is actually hot when I order a hot sandwich. The overall taste of my food was good but I wish it was hot like it was supposed to be and friendly service like I’m use to getting going into any other firehouse.

The Engineer on wheat is my usual favorite, just had the new Smokin' BBQ Triple Stack on white is even better. Elisha and Andrian are super cool & chill. Pet friendly with outdoor seating. Join the Firehouse Rewards and get lots of free stuff (Medium Birthday Sub) and enticing offers to keep it real. Sauce Bar is 2nd to none, especially like the Fat Cat Peach Maple Bourbon, pleasantly sweet with a KICK!!

Had trouble with app getting order placed. Ran to Firehouse and got there around 8:45 to 8:50 - just before closing. Two guys at counter said no problem and prepared order for two full Hook n Ladder subs including special requests on toppings. Great examples of being customer focused and responding positively to customer requests. Could have said too close to closing, but took my order as well as another patron who came in right after me. Good guys and made two great subs we really enjoyed!

Firehouse has great subs! They are unique, they steam the meat in their subs, which wakes up the flavor! Firehouse in my opinion beats the rest! It was founded by Firemen! It contributes money to Fire Department, and it's a healthy sum! Whow, great product, great quality control and you are supporting local Fire Departments!!

EXTREMELY Slow in preparing our food, over charged me for combos when I asked for waters, not very clean —no one cleaning any tables women’s bathroom was filthy too.

First of all they take forever to prepare an order, second of all while I waited inside the car 10 mins, when I came in, they had given my food to another woman who was ready to eat it as I came inside to pick it up, third, I got super sick after eating the sub, I did not tip them because I consider their service VERY LOW QUALITY, so in revenge they put something hazard on my food? Been throwing up 4 days in a raw after eating there. Do not recommend at all
Had a piece of six inch food plastic in my sandwich. No accountability nor apology from staff. Kind of like that's the expected level of quality and service.

I ordered a meatball sub and the sandwich was literally delivered without meat. I spent $19.95 for bread, a little sauce, 2 pieces of cheese and a couple vegetables. My son’s Italian had maybe 5 slices of meat. Shockingly poor.

I’ve ordered three times in the last month. 2/3 times multiple sandwiches in my order were missing their side pickle spear, even when an extra pickle was added to one of the sandwich’s modifications. One of the times I paid to add bacon to my sandwich and it was missing. Another time the chips were wrong - I at least caught that one before leaving the parking lot. Disappointing to not get something that is a default side item. Disappointing to pay for something and not have it added. I guess I’m to blame for not opening up every sandwich box before leaving, crazy you can’t trust them to build a sandwich correctly and add a pickle to the box.
