Excellent Italian sub, service was very polite albuet a little long of a wait given I ordered online on the way, and the restaurant was big and clean. Love their subs!
Took a chance despite seeing some of the horrendous reviews. The sandwich was delicious but only had mostly one type of meat despite the description saying there would be 3. The person taking the order was super hard to understand but our order was prepared promptly. The staff definitely could use a little more enthusiasm and training imo.

If I could give this place a zero then I would. Horrible service ever since the best assistant manager,Brittany, I have ever came across left earlier this year. It takes too long to get your food and honestly it’s not worth the price ? They should get a whole new staff from the general manager on down ✌️

Was the only person in line. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. Took my order, then took 17 more minutes to get my food. Had to run back to work and opened the container when I got back to find that they gave me someone else’s food after I waited half an hour and spent $16 on a sandwich. I took it back and went to the counter and said I’m not sure what this is but it’s not what I ordered, and I need someone to get it going because I’m already late back to work. When I said that, this young boy stopped what he was doing and just stared at me like I’m the idiot here. No-you are. So I asked if he was going to stare at me or make the sandwich, which even a 5 year old can do, and he said to me-what, you want something? And I said, yes-the sandwich I paid for and waited half an hour for and had to drive back to get what I ordered, and he came out from behind the counter and took his shirt off and was threatening to fight me. Unbelievable. Worst sandwich joint on the planet.

The sub had half the amount of meat that it should. It didn't even go to either end of the bread. They used the wrong bread on mine and my daughters sandwich. They left off her mayo. All of my add on produce was left off. I used to eat here every week.

So within a 4 weeks this has become my Fave spot. Legit the subs are made with love because it always taste like a sun your homeboy chef friend would make which brings me to the best vibe of a spot at the 30004 Target area. Great folks and food!!

Walked in around 1130 on a Tuesday and before I ordered I was told there was a 25 min wait for them to make my sub. Hahaha! For a sub??? I guess I could go to Jimmy John’s across the street where you walk in and out in 4 minutes. I just left. Very poor impression. Will not revisit.

Truly hosed our office order today for 2 people. When I contacted the delivery person she said the bag was stapled close so she didn't open to view what was inside. We got 2 sandwiches and a coke for over $32. Missing 2 bags of chips, plasticware and a brownie I promised my friend. Grubhub refunded chips only. This was my first time since pre-Covid and I guess it will be my last.

Ordered and paid for gluten free, only for them to tell us me they don’t have gluten free bread after 30 min of waiting. It seriously took them 30 minutes to make a deli sandwich. Gave me turkey and cheese in a bowl with no refund. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time, which is hard to do with a relatively easy concept like sandwiches

Just ordered twice. A salad with no cheese. After the first arrived with cheese, I ordered again and called to ask for no cheese. They said no problem and you know what happened next. Cheese again. Called the manager. No apology, no refund offer. Just, “oh yeah when they’re busy they don’t pay attention to the notes”.

During both Memorial Day Weekend and EMS Week, Firehouse Subs refused to give me the First Responder discount. While that isn't a big deal in and of itself, they were rude about it. Also, the food was cold (I ordered a hot sub) and the kid at the register had the social skills of a potato.
