Love to see Josh doing his thing again and making great beers. Came here for the first time, long time coming. Beer is amazing ofc, just wish I could take a 6 pack home with me… :( they only do growlers. The bartender, jordan was super nice and helpful giving recommendations. It's LOUD. Bartender and waiters have to shout.
I was hoping they had added some ceiling baffles since the last time we had dinner to help reduce the noise but no such luck. On a good note, the bartenders had fabulous service as they leaned over and shouted in everyone's ear for drink orders. ? Beers are good but really expected a few more on the list. They do half pours which I love. Lots of kids running around like a playground with no parents in sight but...

Frustratingly Inconsistent Experience

We’ve dined at Hyde Brewing numerous times, hoping for improvement, but we leave disappointed more often than not. The food quality fluctuates, and while portion sizes are sometimes just right, other times they’re shockingly small. When paying for a meal, there should be consistency in both quality and quantity, and Hyde just isn’t delivering.
