Nothing Bundt Cakes

Ordered bundt cakes for a Bday a day in advance so it would be fresh as I was told but received what appeared to be previously prepared cakes on the shelf. I was expecting fresh but the cakes were cold and hard. I had to wait until after they thawed out before serving and they still did not taste fresh. Not pleased with the freshness. The staff/baker is not customer service friendly and then one is overthetop, too much and not necessary.

I ordered balloons along with my son’s birthday order, but unfortunately, the delivery person—who was from a third-party service—forgot to include them. I reached out to the store, and they quickly made it right by delivering the balloons along with a little something extra to make up for the mix-up. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be kinder. Highly recommend!

The cakes are always delicious, and we had the kindest surprise today from one of the employees as we picked up a cake. They made my day! I will definitely be going back to this location for future cake needs!

I was having a rough day so I decided to heck with my diet. I’m going to get myself a sweet treat! I was cheerfully greeted by Zara. I told her what I wanted and also explained that that was my first time ever being to any location and in passing have mentioned how rough of a day it was and that I just needed something sweet. I made my choice and as I went to pay, Zara says, “this one is on me I hope this makes your day better”! It indeed did make my day much better! You have a forever customer in me! Thank you so much. My cake was delicious.

I used to think who would ever buy a bundt cake. Then we tried Nothing Bundt Cakes... And OMG, we have never looked back. Moist and tasty without being too sweet. All the flavors are incredible but the White Chocolate Raspberry and Chocolate Chocolate Chip are favorites.

Reece (hope I spelled it correctly :)) is AMAZING! She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and so sweet! I will be ordering more and more from this location because of her! Thank you!

One of my colleagues brought this over for lunch and I loved it! Their red velvet is a must try!

I always order bunt cakes for almost every occasion. For my son’s birthday I order a large red velvet. My self and all of my guess were disappointed. It did not taste fresh and moist as usual. It was very dry and stale. I hope they did not change their recipes. Very sad!

Thanks to Vance for making us aware of some of the other complimentary items we needed for a friend's birthday party which is why we were buying the cake! He mentioned that we could get birthday cards, balloons, and other special event and seasonal items there which saved us a trip elsewhere. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we appreciate the help. And thank you Vance for telling us about the pumpkin spice cake samples as they were delicious and we will be back to get one soon!

I went in for a Key Lime cake but they were out. This very kind employee saw the disappointment on my face and suggested I try the lemon. She blessed me with her knowledge, kindness, and engagement!

I had this location deliver a tower of cakes to my mother in assisted living. Most delivery people leave things at the front desk and she has to go down to get it and then struggle to get the package back to her apt. The kind person that delivered her cakes today made the extra effort to take it right to her door. She told me they were beautifully wrapped and delicious. Thanks for helping make her Mother's day special.
