Horrible experience and they gave us cold baked goods and when we asked can they heat it up they told once they give it to us they cannot
Also they did not ask us you'll want hot and the food looks stale

Kim was absolutely amazing! From the moment my family and I walked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and genuine care made our visit so enjoyable. She took the time to make sure our order was perfect and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much kindness and positivity to their work — Kim truly made our day! Panera is lucky to have her.

Service is very poor. I got a chipotle chicken sandwich. When. It arrived it was cold and the bread wasn’t toasted well, and the inside was not warm. I asked it they could toast is again, but was told they couldn’t take it back and asked me to use the microwave. Why would I use a microwave in a restaurant when the food is supposed to arrive hot and tasty. It’s a rainy day so I wanted something warm. Staff not friendly or polite.. sorry but I will not be going back there.

Drive thru was quick maybe too quick. Order the Benny Croissant with ham and egg. Customer service was good food mediocre. The eggs were and looked very processed which causes inflammation in the body. I asked for real shell eggs and they could not accommodate. The hollandaise sauce was not that good either. I thought Panera was one of the better restaurants but even Einstein provides real shelled eggs.

The location is pretty convenient, and there's plenty of parking as well as seating inside and outdoors available. Food was pretty good, but it took waaaay too long even though 6 people were working and filling orders. It seems there was more focus on filling drive-thru orders than those placed inside the restaurant.

Was running errands & dropped by Panera late morning, right before the lunch rush. Wow!… the crowd poured in fast n furious but service is a good. You can follow the progress of your order on the tv board near pickup counter.
I had a gift card and was able to get an 1/2 sandwich & an amazing salad combo (minus chicken). While the 1/2 cheesesteak was good, the thicker bread needed more meat

Best Panera Bread I have ever been to! The staff were so lovely and swift with making me and by boyfriends meal. The woman working the register was funny and made great conversation with us and kindly answered my questions regarding the menu. GREAT music inside the facility; good vibes! These people deserve a raise! We were so happy with our service!
