This was my first time ever eating here and I didn't know what anything really was. Jessica took her time to explain to me what Pho was and also made a fantastic recommendation for the winter melon milk tea with boba which was really good. Thank you Jessica for your patience with me today.

Just found this Vietnamese sandwich place today in Alpharetta. Delicious food and great service. Family owned by husband and wife team. They have croissant sandwiches which is so different than other Banh mi sandwich places. We had the classic French baguette banh mi and special croissant - both were delicious. Plenty of meat in both. They even have Vietnamese coffee and tea. Surprise twist with toasted coffee with coffee maker from Vietnam which allows you to enjoy Vietnamese coffee at home! A must have. A few gluten free dessert options which is unique for sandwich places.
They also serve other Vietnamese foods and are planning to add more gluten free options like vermicelli and pho. Can’t wait to try and highly recommended!!
Oh! And they have drive through. So convenient!!

I really wanted to like this place. The food was tasty and the pho had lots of meat which is great, but the service was a bit lacking. I asked for ice water and was told there was water on the counter. When I went over to the counter there were no cups and the water was almost empty. I asked for a cup and they brought one over, but didn’t fill the water. Therefore I was only able to get 1/2 a cup of water. When the pho came out, I asked for chili oil and was told that they didn’t have any, as chili oil was a Chinese thing. I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants and I’ve never been to one that didn’t have chili oil. I then went to get a napkin and the napkin bin was completely empty. I could understand if the place was busy, but I was literally the only customer in the restaurant at the time.

Genuinely one of the only reviews I've ever left. The staff are so freaking nice and helpful and love to chat. The food comes out quick, is a solid reasonable price, and is delicious!

We had a Bahn mi and a version on a croissant. Both were very good (croissant version was messy). Would love to try their other stuff.

Best pho and banh mi in the area! I've lived in Vietnam for over 4 years and I vouch for the flavors here.

Solid bowl of pho and a wonderful addition to the area. Nice, richly flavored broth and slightly toothsome/garlicky meatballs, just like they’re supposed to be! It would be amazing if they offered a lunch combo with a half banh mi and half portion of pho!

Ordered bowl of Pho Tai-noodles were undercooked/hard/chewy. I paid extra for meatball and received the equivalent to one meatball cut up into small pieces. The banh mi I ordered had meat that tasted old, was cold, and looked like it had Ben cooked a few days ago. I asked for and paid for extra pate and they hardly gave me any let alone extra. I’m Vietnamese and my mother is a retired Vietnamese restaurant owner. It’s sad that this is the quality of food they served. Especially for the price. Will never order from them again or recommend their place of service.

Best Pho in Georgia; try their Pho Specialty.
The broth was flavorful and the ingredients tasted fresh.

Coffee roastery disguised as a Banh Mi shop is the best way to describe this establishment. Run by husband and wife team Nick and BT, they serve sandwiches, pho, coffee, as well as bubble tea and fruit tea. The french bread is fresh baked everyday, they even have a placard certifying how french their bread is. The coffee too is roasted in house daily, the owners take a lot of pride in their coffee, beans sourced from Vietnam, you won't find any Cafe Du Monde here.
The interior is quaint and refreshing, the owners said the furniture is also sourced from Vietnam, verdant greenery line the walls accompanied with fresh flowers and indoor leafy plants. It's a cute spot, great for having coffee dates or catching up with old friends.
I usually like my coffee black, but you can't go wrong with their traditional Vietnamese coffee. Decadent, rich, aromatic, even non-coffee lovers will drool at the smell of their coffee. The roast is light to medium, not too heavy on the palate, and great for people who stray away from strong dark flavors.
I ordered the B1 combo banh mi. The bread used for the banh mi is a lot thinner and longer than most sandwiches I've had, more akin to a Jersey style sub sandwich with a light crust and very soft pillowy crumb. It feels a lot more refined than the banh mi you get in the metro ATL area. I got mine with extra pate, I love the velvety mouth feel and the lingering umami after you finish a bite. The veggies that line the sandwich help cut through the richness, I personally enjoy the jalapenos but if you're wary of spiciness I'd ask for it off.
I love everything about Banh Mi Cafe, and hope they get the love and attention they deserve for putting so much effort into their food, coffee, and interior.

I order a bowl of pho through door dash, the noodles were so tiny and the meat looks like it was only 3 slices. It’s such a rip off for $17 bowl of pho. On top of that, they didn’t give me enough side veggies. I got extra meatball and there were non included. No siracha or black bean paste sauce. I don’t think I ever will order pho from them again. Pay extra for delivery and it did not meet my expectations.?
