this location turns into a zoo filled with kids before school starts yet their colored-hair they/them employees will still stand in a circle to gossip instead of having any sense of urgency knowing people are trying to get to work and school.. yall got about 10 people working behind the counter but only 2 of them are working 🤣 then when i ask to cancel my order the lady who simply just stands there to call out peoples names told me she couldn’t :)

I hate to leave a negative review because I go to Starbucks often and I like having one in the neighborhood. However, today I ordered three items in the morning before dropping my son off to school and going to work. I ordered ahead of time using the Starbucks app. Unfortunately, the sandwich was incorrect (it was not supposed to have cheese). The biggest problem was that the coffee lid was so loose that it came off in my car and hot coffee spilled everywhere. I couldn’t even drink the remaining coffee because the lid would have come off and spilled again. I don’t understand why someone would put a lid on a coffee cup that is so loose. This could have caused major damage to the electrical components of my car but I was able to quickly wipe up the coffee with napkins. Since I had to go to work and get my child to school,I did not have time to go back into the store. I don’t think I will order hot coffee using my app anymore because I can not risk the lid not being secure and coffee spilling all over the place again.

Taylor & Carter and really nice and attentive amazing service and everything was done quickly. Very thankful to have a good Starbucks nearby. Taylor works above and beyond even on her worst days giving amazing service. Need to hire more amazing gems like this!

This Starbucks is privately owned and thinks it can charge $2 to $3 bucks more for the same drink I get at all the other Starbucks. I’m good. It’s also a pain to get into and out of. Boo!!!

Worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. took 20-30 min to get anything. Ordered two ham and swiss croissants and the put the empty bag out that said ā€œoutā€ had to wait 10 min to request a refund because they wouldn’t automatically refund me for the empty bag they gave me. also ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte with no ice and got half with whipped cream for the rest. worst experience ever!!!

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Everything takes three times as long as any other Starbucks. Don’t even bother with a mobile order. I’ve watched high school girls gossip while orders were piling up. I’ll drive past this Starbucks to go to one that is farther away but much more efficient.

I hate to complain because I’m not a complainer, but this not the first, second, third or fourth time that I’ve received a drink that looks like it was prepared in a battle zone — today was the final straw. A pool of coffee sitting on top of the sip lid, Carmel completely running down all four sides of the cup, the cup itself was sitting in a pool of coffee/other drink mixes on the counter. It took several wads of napkins to clean up the mess and I still didn’t get it all because it’s now all over me, the interior of my car and my desk at work. I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with $12+ coffee/breakfast just for it to ruin my work clothes and get all over the interior of my car. It’s honestly unacceptable and needs to be addressed asap.
