My son & I stopped by this afternoon and were helped by a female employee running the coffee bar. I should have asked her name.
She was amazing. Fantastic customer service. We stopped in around 12:30. No one (customers) was inside. I told her we had a flat tire. She explained that the bike store was closed Mondays but then offered to fix my son’s tire. She explained she’d have to stop if a coffee customer came in. I completely understood and was very appreciative. She was very nice to help my 10 yr old out. She could have easily sent us out & asked us to come back tomorrow. It was definitely appreciated and we will be back for new tires for his bike soon. Great experience. Thank you.

It was worth the 3 hour drive to buy a bike here. Loved Wes and the shop is in a wonderful area. The banana bread was yummy and I wish I could have that every day.

I walked in with a tire problem Thursday around 10:30am. Wes was soooo pleasant and helpful! He got my problem fixed and back on my way in less than 10 minutes.

I had a sales call in the local area and heard about this bike shop so I decided to stop in. I needed to learn more about proper hydration and fueling while riding. I was amazed by the immediate attentiveness, knowledge and overall kindness the owner gave me. He spent a lot of time talking to me. I learned what I needed to know and purchased the right hydration mix products for the coming hot summer months. I highly recommend this place for all your biking needs.
