I purchased a used tri bike from a gentleman on FB marketplace but wanted to meet at a bike shop to have it inspected. The guys at Whitetail happily looked it over for me and gave me some tips and tricks about the tubeless tires and components. Super cool shop and awesome staff!

My wife is 78 and an avid cyclist that has been suffering from a hand crippling disease called Duprytens Contracture that has stopped her bicycling until the Whitetails team came up a solution by installing state of the art handbrakes. Today she is back on her bicycle. Great suggestion and work.

My son & I stopped by this afternoon and were helped by a female employee running the coffee bar. I should have asked her name.
She was amazing. Fantastic customer service. We stopped in around 12:30. No one (customers) was inside. I told her we had a flat tire. She explained that the bike store was closed Mondays but then offered to fix my son’s tire. She explained she’d have to stop if a coffee customer came in. I completely understood and was very appreciative. She was very nice to help my 10 yr old out. She could have easily sent us out & asked us to come back tomorrow. It was definitely appreciated and we will be back for new tires for his bike soon. Great experience. Thank you.
