I was dying of hunger after a cross country meet and was craving a juicy chicken burrito. However, there were only 2 people working behind the counter and they were taking quite a long time. After the long wait, the food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. I just wish the service was a bit faster.

It has been a while since I was super impressed with a chain restaurant like I was at this location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very fresh and delicious. The free chips and salsa were the cherry.on top. The restaurant itself was spotless.
Charlie came out to check on us and make sure everything was great, and it certainly was. We will definitely be going back while we are still in town.
Thanks again, Charlie, for your warm southern hospitality and your awesome food at a surprisingly. affordable price!

Great service, good time with the food preparation. Also a the employees paid attention to the customers. September, 16,2024. I'm updating my review. The crew that is working today, 12:30 pm, is not good as used to be. Not a good experience today with this guys!

Not that good of food and lousy service ( 1 girl making my food was pleasant) I'm in town for work and decided to give this place a try, should of picked something else no wonder there was nobody in there should of turned around when I seen that. Tighten up or Chipotle will end up taking over your spot

First time trying Willy's. The food was not warm. With that said, it was still very tasty.

This may sound strange, but as much as I love coming to Willy’s, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the food look and taste as fresh as it does today at this one! Even the chips and salsa taste fresher, and the guacamole was actually beautiful and I don’t like guacamole! These kids are friendly and put together our tacos and burritos, possibly better than I’ve ever had them done. Just a quick shout out to Imran, Aiden, Krystina… thank you for making our early dinner great!

I've been going to Willy's for about 20 years now, dating back to my time in college, and the food remains top-notch. This location has excellent quality, great service, and friendly staff. The food is always hot, the chips are always flowing, and everything hits just right. Cannot recommend enough over the other quick-service mexican options available these days. Willy's is just better across the board.
