My mom and I came here on Wednesday for lunch. I should’ve known something was off when my chicken was dry and tough and my fries weren’t cooked all the way. We both got very bad poisoning from this place, and I know it’s here because this is the ONLY thing we both ate. Don’t come here they don’t care about the safety of their customers.

Me and my friends come here every SINGLE week. The workers are nothing but rude to us and they are very judgmental every time I ask for extra sauce they look at me like I am very fat. The workers are quite judgmental and every time me and my group of friends walk into Zaxby’s they look at us and then they whisper and laugh and point. The manager, Andy is also quite rude too. When I wanted help with the Zaxby’s app, he did not help instead he just looked at me and told me to figure it out. February 5, 2025 I heard Andy talking to one of his new coworkers saying watch out for these girls they come every Wednesday they are fat. he is quite rude and he makes me feel uncomfortable eating here. You wouldn’t let me talk to one of the workers named Christian. They always talk bad about us in Spanish and they think we don’t know anything but we do. I take Spanish one. I know what I’m talking about. not only that, but when me and my friends were laying down on the wall, we saw ants crawling up the wall and one of the ants were actually biting on my neck and I had to go to the hospital and I now have a permanent hicky.

The smallest chicken fingers I think I’ve had from a Zaxbys. Under-portioned fried pickles as well. Mobile order was ready within 10 minutes.

Ordered a kickin chicken meal and I couldn’t even eat it. Whoever made it, made the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever seen (please see photo) very very very disappointed.

It is crazy how expensive fast food had gotten . I paid almost 11 for a shake and large french fries. I see McDonald's is getting cheaper so I will go there. They have to do better with prices at least a little bit.

Never come here drive 3 extra miles and go to a different zaxbys. Food here tastes like cigarette smoke and they don’t know how to get an order right.

The food was great at this location. Chicken tenders were so good and hot, not warmed up. The fries were the best I've had at any zaxbys. The service at the window was very friendly.

I hit up Zaxby's every once and a while. Everytime I do, I remember why I go to Chick fil a more. I asked for 1 sauce with each meal. When I got my bag there was 1 sauce and 2 meals. I asked for the other sauce and was told that it didn't come with a sauce??? I had to pay 50 cents for 2 more sauces.
