This location should be more closely observed based on all the recent 1 star reviews. Food was ordered and entirely oversalted, I don't think we have ever had a Nasty Zax experience until now. We called about it and was given the run around for a refund and was offered less then what we paid.

0 stars!!! Terrible experience!! I placed an order for more than $20, which included a quesadilla. I had a coupon on the Zaxbyâs app for a free quesadilla with a $20 purchase, but I couldnât get it to work.
At the drive-thru, the worker asked for my phone number to look up the coupon. They saw it on my account, and I also showed them the QR code. Even with all that, they couldnât redeem it because of a system problem.
I then spoke with the manager, a woman at the window. She was rude and didnât try to help fix the issue. She didnât seem to care that the coupon wasnât working.
I am asking for a refund for the quesadilla since I should not have been charged for it. The app or your system should have worked, and it didnât. If a refund isnât possible, I would like some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
