The staff can’t follow simple directions. I ordered two ice cream sundae’s with extra topping (and paid extra for it) on both and both medium. I got one medium and one small and a light amount of topping. When I mentioned that I asked for and paid for extra topping and hardly any was on them, the lady at the drive thru smarted off and said “yeah well we have someone new and they put extra ice cream in them”. I said “that’s not what I asked for” and she just stood there looking at me like oh well, so I drove off because I’m not about to waste my time and continue to argue over some ice cream but I will give you this well deserved review. They are too busy trying to rush out orders that they are not paying attention to accuracy. Retrain your staff, you are in customer service.

There breakfast is good and I always come back for it. But the servers seem to have an attitude, no smile and good morning. Most are on there phones and look like they just woke up, They need to be more professional and take pride in there work. But I'll be back for breakfast.. Thanks..

This Dairy Queen doesn't have good breakfast besides the gravy and biscuit. What I got was the biscuit bowl with chicken the scrambled eggs had too much cheese in them.

I did drive-thru, the staff was friendly. We got a drink and a blizzard. Both were good. I haven't really gotten food from this location so I don't know if the food is as great. But it's a really popular place in Monticello. I'm sure I'll go back. Try the food

Love the #5 single. Today, we made a donation to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® and as a thank you we got two $1.00 off coupons and a $3 coupon. So for dessert, I got to have a small dipped cone again. This time, with the coupon, I only paid $2.88 WooHoo!!!
They always have good food I like the onion rings especially. And the milkshakes

In my travels and experiences all over America, I’ve seen a better run fast food business. The employees are top notch caring people. Always a long line but it moves quickly as the employees are so well trained and reliable. Do wish they’d get a better biscuit.

This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our food for a family of 5 was ready before we could even get our drinks and sit down. Chicken strips were hot, crunchy, and delicious. Atmosphere was clean, happy, and friendly. If I ever come through Monticello during meal time again, I will be stopping here.
