In my travels and experiences all over America, I’ve seen a better run fast food business. The employees are top notch caring people. Always a long line but it moves quickly as the employees are so well trained and reliable. Do wish they’d get a better biscuit.

This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our food for a family of 5 was ready before we could even get our drinks and sit down. Chicken strips were hot, crunchy, and delicious. Atmosphere was clean, happy, and friendly. If I ever come through Monticello during meal time again, I will be stopping here.

Always wait forever for your food for it to be wrong. These guys can't do their job with the old stuff they have. They're definitely going to have a circus going on at the new restaurant! Update: wanted to give them another chance but nope still garbage. Poor customer service employees can't read what's on the screen and get your order right. That's he jasper county education for you. Don't waste your time or money here you'll pay for stuff and not get it. This place is a JOKE go to another restaurant DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!

Typically I have nothing bad to say about our local DQ... But, we did our order online (which we do about 75% of the time) when we arrived to pick up our order they had no record of it 🤦, again things happen, we weren't horribly worried. But what was upsetting was showing my phone with the receipt to 3 employees (the second of which took a pic of the receipt on my phone) and waited 19 minutes for our order. To then have to return to the lobby to receive the large fries and onion rings we had ordered because smalls of each is what we were given (yes I know, we don't "need" the large fries ... But let me get fat with my own guilt lol) We're a small town with very limited options and everyone has an off day occasionally. We will return! 😀
This Dairy Queen blew my socks off! We went through the drive thru around noon and the service was amazing, as well as the food. Everyone was so kind, LOVED the guy in the plaid with the Monticello hat on! The food and sweet tea was hot and fresh. I wish our Dairy Queen in Milledgeville was this good! Take notes people, this is how you run an establishment!
