When we arrived there was plenty of parking and only a few customers inside. My wife and I ordered the deluxe breakfast 1 with bacon,1 with sausage patties and 2 soda's. We paid, sat down and waited for our food. After a few minutes I went back up to the counter and our food was sitting. Most of our food was cold, not 2 eggs on each plate even if you were to put the 2 plates together. Also forgot the hashrounds on each plate. Clean restaurant with a fireplace like the other Jack's we've been too. But definitely not going to return to this location. Too bad just when we thought we've found our go-to restaurant.

I made a pre-order and when we went to pick it up they decided to take chicken out of my order to fulfill customers that was after me so we had to wait for more to be made defeating the whole purpose of pre ordering. Then wanted to have a attitude with my wife over the poor decision they made. This is the reason I would recommend never eating here. That is the mentality of people that will do disgusting things to your food.

My family came from Germany to visit this week. This was their very first impression of Jack's. We ordered 3 15 piece tender family meals. We were missing a gravy, our other gravy was barely half full, we were missing both of our large fries, and the gallon of tea was given in 4 cups instead and the tea was sour. It's embarrassing to show your foreign family members a restaurant they've never heard of or had before and they mess up bad. On the positive side, they were very kind and fast. We should've checked our food b4 we got home.

I'm not sure if the employees are being treated terribly or what's going on, but they are very unfriendly. I try to make it a point to be polite and kind to people always and it is just attitude from these guys both times I've went. It's a shame because their food is good too.

I go to Jack's and order a plain grilled chicken sandwich and 2 corn dogs and fry. This all started at 1:53, at 2:00 they had not even dropped the corn dogs. Did not get my food until 2:13. This is the poorest run restaurant chain. Counter help are all useless. Managers are sitting out in the restaurant having little meeting not even paying attention to the restaurant. Family with small child yelling at the table disturbing all other dine in customers and teens kicking tables .Save your money and time. I recommend somewhere else.

I came through the drive thru last week and got someone else's order. When I called to tell them, they didn't hesitate to replace my food. I came back in this week and Tela, Zach and Jada were eager to replace my meal, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door! The food was fresh, management was outstanding and customer service friendly as usual, which always has me coming back for more!! Way to Go Jacks, you NEVER disappoint!! Ps: your iced coffee is my favorite menu item!! I come from Loganville ga just to have a cup!

Had to park and wait food. Order taker and cooks in kitchen do NOT understand 2pc dark. Was served wing and breast. Breast is not dark. 0/10. Order accuracy and wait time just to wait and order be incorrect. 🚮
I just want to put out there that restaurants get busy and they do make wrong orders and sometimes they don't have orders ready. I have had a little bit of both from this restaurant but if you are nice to them they are very nice to you they will correct it if you are nice about it I love going into this restaurant my family loves eating here the quality of the food is great.

Seeing all the positive reviews from a year ago and wish it was still that way. Now, though, this restaurant is just terrible. We don’t go there hardly ever anymore because they cannot get an order right. Got it wrong again this morning and the employees just grunt at you instead of speaking. 90% of the time something in our order is wrong and it’s just gotten ridiculous. This restaurant used to be fantastic, but the service, quality, and accuracy has tanked. Higher management, owners, whoever, please do something.
