My family came from Germany to visit this week. This was their very first impression of Jack's. We ordered 3 15 piece tender family meals. We were missing a gravy, our other gravy was barely half full, we were missing both of our large fries, and the gallon of tea was given in 4 cups instead and the tea was sour. I came through the drive thru last week and got someone else's order. When I called to tell them, they didn't hesitate to replace my food. I came back in this week and Tela, Zach and Jada were eager to replace my meal, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door! The food was fresh, management was outstanding and customer service friendly as usual, which always has me coming back for more!! Way to Go Jacks, you NEVER disappoint!! Ps: your iced coffee...

I just want to put out there that restaurants get busy and they do make wrong orders and sometimes they don't have orders ready. I have had a little bit of both from this restaurant but if you are nice to them they are very nice to you they will correct it if you are nice about it I love going into this restaurant my family loves eating here the quality of the food is great.
