They cook food and then when you order it then recook it again. You can tell from the fries and the chicken.

Ppl pay attention to your receipts.. ESPECIALLY if you're a call in order. This establishment is VERY dishonest and tried to cheat me of my money tonight. My chicken sandwich just the sandwich $6.99 my burger only $7.99... I was charged $21. And some change..went back to get everything squared away after my wife brought it to my attention what everything should be for the order I picked up for her.. i let the cashier know the issue she say oh the burger was a combo; (WHO TOLD HER TO CHANGE THE ORDER?) beats me but ok cool. I will just take it as a combo let me get my drink then? There's more to the story but anyway I get her to ring it up in front of me cause I don't trust them at this point... and what do ya know.. it came up to be 18.70 ???? TORI Y'ALL STILL OVERCHARGED ME.. you and your boss tryna play dumb..talking only $2... ok AND. How about you starting taking $2 out the register and how fast you be gone.. and to the manager/boss same to u;find out $2 get missing out the register and see how fast you gone fire the
y'all ripping ppl off, y'all morally disappointing , and dishonest. Do better guys especially you boss man.. you was there so you know what's going what y'all doing to people... just pathetic.. and this exactly why I don’t tip when trying a spot I’m unfamiliar with in case bad exp,distasteful food,ETC

After driving past Jasper County Wing Shack for the past two years, I finally decided to stop in and give it a try — and I’m glad I did.
I called in my order about 15 minutes ahead, and when I arrived, three other customers were just leaving with food in hand. I walked in, was greeted promptly, paid for my order, and was on my way.
By the time I got home, the food was still warm. The wings were a solid size for the price, and the A-1 Philly cheesesteak was amazing — the bread especially stood out. Great portion for the cost, too.
It’s not much to look at from the outside, but everything else checks out. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything is wonderful! Wings, great tasting fish, you name it. I might add, fried okra to die for!

Tried them for the first time while waiting for my clothes to finish washing next door and was pleasantly surprised by the inviting staff and the mouth watering aroma of the food. had the poppers, rings and fried mushrooms and they were great. The prices are fair considering the current supply issues but I felt I got my money's worth. I will be coming back to try more of their menu.

Did you ever notice when there's a poor review, it's often made by a person with like 50 previous reviews given? Take that for what it's worth.
Anyway, I really like this place. It's not formal dining or a family restaurant. It's a really good take out spot, though. They're really nice people, and even the customers waiting for their orders are friendly. I seem to always get the same thing...fried shrimp...because I like it enough that I seldom explore the menu further. But when I have, the blackened salmon salad and the cheeseburger are two other favorites. Today I got the catfish filets and onion rings for lunch, and I'm already trying to justify going back for dinner later! I decided to take a minute to write this review because I really want to see this type of small business do well in our community. So try them out.
And don't be like Miss 50 reviews and complain on the first visit, before going back to let them know you prefer less salt.
