The workers this evening specifically the two ladies working the front counter are doing a great job. Even when handling a rather irate hostile customer. The food was hot and tasted great as usual.
Fast and accurate
If you go and order pizza when you do get it it's not all that good the dollar general has better. Never wil they answer the phone always got a excuse there down at this location never been up it's waste of space
Who knew something so yummy could come out of Lil Ceasers?
And I even gave it a second chance, to see if we just got lucky the first time, but nope! It was amazing again!
And they have a drive-thru too! Bonus!
I highly recommend their 3 Meat Pizza.
I bought Pizza and it was missing a good bit of cheese. They said it all went to a meal. But I'm pretty sure it didn't.
Absolutely unacceptable. My five year-old could cut this pizza better!!!!!!!! I had the worst service possible and watched one of the girls in the back with no gloves making pizzas. I got a quarter a cup of sauce and a mound of uncooked half raw breadsticks. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza was burnt and the kiddos at my daughters 2nd birthday party were unable to eat these. One attempted and spit it right out. In a rush the pizzas were not inspected but the employee should have never boxed that up to serve to a customer.

I don't even know where to start. First of all this place is very understaffed. You have one person trying to run the front of the store and a couple of people in the kitchen trying to keep up with online orders, walk in orders and people at the window. It's just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the workers. I went in and ordered a pizza and some crazy puffs. My wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes but it turned into almost an hour. It seems that online orders have priority but there were also people that came in and ordered after me and got their food before I did. When I got home with my food and opened it the pizza was burnt and cold and the crazy puffs were very cold and tough. It was a disaster. Time and money wasted. This used to be my favorite Little Caesars restaurant but the last few times that I've visited here has been very disappointing. I think that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Placed an order at noon for a 6pm pickup for 6 pizzas. Arrived at 6 to find out my food wasn't ready and the restaurant slammed with only 2 workers. The gentleman working were friendly and hard working and did all they could to get out a good product as soon as possible. Finally walked out at 635 with my pizza which was some of the best I have had from that location. No matter the situation, these workers did their best to serve everyone to their best of their ability and I commend them on their hard work and seeing it through the difficult time.

If you order here, don't give them a lick of trust, check your order before you leave (preferably in front of them so they know you know they ain't right), because these people just do not care about getting your order right in any capacity. First, ordered a pizza with meat on half and veggies on the other half, got a pizza that fit the description but was cut all messed up so that the middle slices were hybridized. Tried it again, this time they interpreted the order for half meat, half veg in the least intelligent way possible, by putting a half quantity of each over the entire pizza. Absolutely clown mode pizza shop. Sad.
I was the 3rd car in line at take out window, after sitting there for several minutes, I looked at the clock in my car it was 6:55pm at 7:20pm my order was taken, I was asked to pull over to the side and would bring the order, after sitting in my car until 7:50pm I went in the store, I did not get my Pizza for several minutes , after receiving my pizza I politely aske the employee did something go wrong? his answer was "I don't Know" and turned and walked away when I got back in my car it was 8:03 pm. When I got home with the Pizza was very under cooked with raw dough, uncooked Pepperoni, could not even eat and had to throw it out is was so disgusting , We ended up eating PBJ's for dinner

So disappointed this evening
I went to the location knowing I'd have to sit and wait on my order which I had no problem with. I decided to order CRAZY BREAD after I picked up my first order. The cashier asked me if I wanted crazy bread or cheese bread and I told her I wanted crazy bread .. and then I sat an additional 15 minutes with no problem until I get back to the window to find out she made me cheese bread ???
My daughter was very upset and so am I because I waited, and then she told me I would have to wait more for the bread that I ordered in the first place. Not to mention I have three children at home waiting on their dinner and they have school in the morning.... Very disappointed. Yes this just happened... I spend good money with this place so expect them to care a little more about how they treat their returning customers specially if I order the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!! Little girl at the window, get my order right next time or I will personally bring this to you manager face to face.... The review is the warning... Monticello GA 31064

First off make sure you always check you pizza before leaving this is the 2nd time in a row that I had to sit and have them remake mu pizza also on top of having them throw together the remake I have to finish cooking it when I get home because the majority of the pizza still had raw dough (it was a 3 toping pizza)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I placed an order for a hot and ready pep and two crazy breads at 8:12 P.M. My younger brother arrived at 8:40 and was told it would take 30 minutes due to a back up in production (understandable it’s Friday night). 30 minutes later he’s told 5 more minutes. Those 5 minutes pass and again 5 more minutes. This 30+5+5 turned into an hour plus of waiting. I personally called the store and received attitude off the bat from a rude, what I can assume by the voice, teenage girl. Once he received the order, I made him check it. One order of crazy bread was ice cold and burnt. He returned this and they switched it for a new order. Both orders of crazy bread ended up being burnt but at least warm. I won’t be spending money here as there is always an excuse or problem when ordering and this is the straw that broke the camel’s back.
