Buyer beware. I ordered through the little Caesars app three times each time our order being “ given to the wrong driver” and then canceled. This is always at least 45-60 min after the delivery time. They won’t answer their phone. Horrible and shady while we are left starving.

This place is very unprofessional and rude!!! We arrived to the window to place an order literally at 9:49pm and they told us they were closed! Our response, “don’t you close at 10:00?” She literally gave attitude and just shook her head. This is not the first bad experience at this location, but I am making it known this time around!

Unprofessional place. They have employees smoke weed outside the drive through window beside the door. Have seen twice and reported to the business owner. Also half the time nothing is ready. Wouldnt recommend going ill just drive to covington or Jackson. People seem like dont want to work. Asked what they had ready got told let me check and walked to back talking to people and did not come back so I just left if couldn't get my order or something that was already made. Very irritating experiences here

Typical pizza food chain. Prices are the main selling point. Can easily feed a family of 4 for less than 25 bucks. (Plus leftovers)
However their fancier pizzas are a bit hit or miss. I recently purchased the 100 pepperoni fanceroni and there was NOWHERE NEAR 100 pepperonis. Probably had twice as many as a standard pepperoni pizza.
To me this isn't a big deal but to provide this and not at least get close to that number, yet to charge for is i would easily say this is a problem. Not a big issue but needs to be addressed.
Since im reviewing i also should say that at times the pizzas doneness is another hit or miss. (However this is common across the board.) It could be just the employees working but it wouldn't hurt to have more consistency.
Just a few tweaks and its a serious contender for one of the best pizza chains around.

First time trying it. Ordered around 8pm, Picked up a Hot-N-Ready 15 minutes later — it was hot, ready, and almost crispy enough to write home about. Could’ve used a few more oven minutes, as the bottoms and sides were a little raw. Would let them feed me again!

Who knew something so yummy could come out of Lil Ceasers? And I even gave it a second chance, to see if we just got lucky the first time, but nope! It was amazing again! And they have a drive-thru too! Bonus! I highly recommend their 3 Meat Pizza.
I bought Pizza and it was missing a good bit of cheese. They said it all went to a meal. But I'm pretty sure it didn't.

Absolutely unacceptable. My five year-old could cut this pizza better!!!!!!!! I had the worst service possible and watched one of the girls in the back with no gloves making pizzas. I got a quarter a cup of sauce and a mound of uncooked half raw breadsticks. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza was burnt and the kiddos at my daughters 2nd birthday party were unable to eat these. One attempted and spit it right out. In a rush the pizzas were not inspected but the employee should have never boxed that up to serve to a customer.

I don't even know where to start. First of all this place is very understaffed. You have one person trying to run the front of the store and a couple of people in the kitchen trying to keep up with online orders, walk in orders and people at the window. It's just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the workers. I went in and ordered a pizza and some crazy puffs. My wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes but it turned into almost an hour. It seems that online orders have priority but there were also people that came in and ordered after me and got their food before I did. When I got home with my food and opened it the pizza was burnt and cold and the crazy puffs were very cold and tough. It was a disaster. Time and money wasted. This used to be my favorite Little Caesars restaurant but the last few times that I've visited here has been very disappointing. I think that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
