Get home pizza had no sauce and not only one but all the pizza, the crazy bread was burnt so in store I asked for them to remake, get out to car and it cold so I waited 10 minutes in store just from them to hand me the same bread, as they was busy so didn’t want to make my experience noticed, save your money and go else where, it always either burnt pizza/ bread, or something wrong with pizza

What restaurant stops taking order at 7:30 p.m. when they don't close until 10 p.m. this is a great way to lose customers! Ridiculous! They never answer the phone either. Very dissatisfied!

It's a toss of the coin on whether you'll get a decently made anything. Very rude management makes the high turnaround not surprising. The manager actually told me I would be charged just to have him open the door and pull out another Italian cheese bread to compare as I was not happy with how ours looked. Still some great workers there as well though.

Pizza was eat able, certainly not one of the best I've ever had, onions were not cooked (raw) was not sliced, had to rip it apart, not what I expected for $13.00.

My wife and I have used these guys since they opened several years ago. The food is what you would expect from this type restaurant however the service is Horrible!!! NEVER think you will call because they will Not answer the phone. When you walk in they always say they were covered up but yet there won’t be any customers or pizzas in the racks. Good people but service sucks.

Waited in lobby for 50 minutes for 2 cheese pizzas. Definitely need to change their slogan because it’s not hot and ready. Employee stated to another customer than mobile orders take president over walk-ins. Very flawed system.12/8/235:50 walked in6:40 walked out

Did an order though the app well they got one out of two pizzas right. The other one was all wrong call them about it they didn’t apologize for their mistake so I just decided to keep what they messed up to much hassle to take it back and wait 30 minutes to make a new one. Both pizza were stuffed crust and the crust was raw so I took both back to the store. The only good thing was I got a refund without any trouble. It’s just wasted time to do all that. Do better will you?

Upon receiving my order (pizza and garlic bread sticks), I instantly noticed that the garlic sticks were in smaller packaging than usual. I thought that maybe they changed the portion size. We were wrong. When we unrolled the packaging we saw that our bread sticks were not only smaller but also burnt to a crisp, like chips. We could not eat them.

Everytime i order online they always mess up. Anytime i do a half and half they just combine the toppings on one. They never remember my sauce for my breadsticks and they will forget parts of your order if its not one box if pizza. And you can call them because nobody is ever on the line

Everyone know little Caesar’s is usually awful, but cheap. That’s why everyone goes. But this little Caesar’s has figured out the magic trick. Despite having a constantly changing rotation of underpaid teenagers running the place, it is always so good!
