Horrible service and business. It's just a bunch of dumb lazy teenagers there. I've called several times to ask about my order that a door dasher is supposed to they did not answer. The service is always slow and lazy and they just goof around the manager needs to handle that or just close it down at this point I don't even think the manager is ever there

dude with a fade was mega cringe. didn't smile, didn't mention that swapping cheese is $1.50 extra, dropped a hair in my sub, and when i asked for 'a bit' of lettuce, bro piled it on until my chicken disappeared.

If i could give 0 stars i would. a VERY oversized black lady with red nappy hair was sitting there on her phone with her headphones in at 8:50am with the doors locked when they are supposed to open at 7. then when we try to open the door she decides to get up and start arguing with us through the window. We try to call & she has the phone unplugged. Ive worked in food establishments & i have no clue how she isnt fired yet because obviously other people have had issues w her too! Her karma will catch up with her soon ❤️

Rude when I called to place an order, locked the doors before 9pm
A oversized black female with red hair was very unprofessional and rude she was getting defensive as if she was trying to fight and all me and my boyfriend were doing was trying to order food this is a warning if I go back and she is the same or havent been dealt with that girl is going to be dragged Period!!!!!!!!
Whats going on. ..... Scoop for tuna much smaller. So almost no tuna on sandwch. Then 4 small slices of green pepper.......so I had bread for dinner. Not happy. If cutting cost. Just let me business!
The store closes and random unreasonable. There’s a huge lack of customer service every time. It shouldn’t be so troublesome to get a sandwich h but this place will make it as difficult as they can.
I personally didn’t go in my fiancé did but he didn’t complain about any issues with the worker. She was even nice enough to give him time to call me to double check something on my order. I’m on bed rest pregnant so he picked my lunch up on.. Tuesday I think, forgot tbh. Sandwich was delicious, the lady working was polite to him; hoping it was just bad days for these bad reviews cause from our experience we will def return.

Will not go back. Very rude. Couldn’t make a sandwich because their toaster was off an hour before closing.
Today at 905 am I walked in( I was only customer) the person behind counter was on phone. after 5 minutes with little eye contact I could tell she was in phone with management. I let her know I was going to use restroom. When I came out she was now outside smoking still on phone. I aske.d her to come back in. So now she is still on phone with bare hands all over her face and still not wantingto take my order. So I finally walked out. A total of 15 minutes of nothing and
Worst customer service experience. Lady has no name tag and is rude as can be. Says sandwiches only come the way they are on the sign no extras. Only subway in America that I know that won't add extras. They revamped the interior should've got new help. Won't be coming back
