Can someone please tell me how this establishment is still in business? This has got to the absolute worst place ever. What are your hiring practices??? The customer service here is beyond horrible. Do you just go looking for LAZY people with MEGA attitude 😡🤔? The way that the workers act should never be tolerated anywhere. It seems to me there needs to be some heads rolling, starting at the top. Obviously upper management doesn't give a care either. If the sandwich artist doesn't want to work, then don't accept the job. No one is holding a gun to your head. Gosh!!! It's called a job for a reason. SMH

Went to get a sandwich at 8:45 and the doors were locked. Online said they close at 10. The lady working said they closed at 9 tonight. I told her it was 8:45, she told me she'd already locked the door. Not good customer service in my opinion.

This place absolutely sucks. I ordered for DoorDash to pick up I paid 15.40 for a sandwich. My fiancé went to pick it up and all the lights were off and the doors were locked. The hours of the store said they close at 10 I even looked online. Turns out that they took it upon themselves to close early every Sunday. No updated hours or updated online either. I have never had a good experience here at this subway at all. All they had to say was they just haven’t updated anything yet. They have also said they have been closing early for a while. Just shows how lazy they are.

What is going on with the subway? there are not that many options in town to eat. The order is always wrong. They only ever have white bread, ever. The order is never made on time. 🙄 Let's add it took over an hour to make our subs and the person's kids were running around the restraunt .

Ordered a salad .......out of lettuce, what a bummer. Paid 9 for a salad and they substitute it for a 6in sandwich.....do better
Horrible service and business. It's just a bunch of dumb lazy teenagers there. I've called several times to ask about my order that a door dasher is supposed to they did not answer. The service is always slow and lazy and they just goof around the manager needs to handle that or just close it down at this point I don't even think the manager is ever there

If i could give 0 stars i would. a VERY oversized black lady with red nappy hair was sitting there on her phone with her headphones in at 8:50am with the doors locked when they are supposed to open at 7. then when we try to open the door she decides to get up and start arguing with us through the window. We try to call & she has the phone unplugged. Ive worked in food establishments & i have no clue how she isnt fired yet because obviously other people have had issues w her too! Her karma will catch up with her soon ❤️
