I'm usually not very picky when it comes to wings or chicken, but I do have some things to say about this place. This is my first time at American Deli and this is one of the closest locations. Decided to try it out because our usual wing place was closed. Just to give context, we did go here near nighttime so I don't know if that affected the experience.
Let's just start off with how the wings are very tiny.. and this is coming from someone who has tiny hands, it looked even tinier in my hands. It did not even fill up the box...we got a 10pc honey hot wings (bone in)... It looked very small and all the other wing places I've gone to in this city has never given small wings like this. The fries are ALSO tiny and thinly cut here. I got the peach drink and they were not cold at all and it took a while for the ice to make it cold, but the drink was good. I give it a 3 stars for average and it was saved by the taste and service. AT LEAST, the food tastes good and the service was fast and quick, so those made it up for the lack of quality. Again, I did come at night so I have no idea if maybe they just ran out of big wings and fries.. but I'm rating it off with what I got. I don't think the prices justify the small portion. I'm a ranch lover and the ranch here is good, they only give you one but because the wings and fries were small, the one ranch was enough for it.
There's literally a chicken and seafood place within walking distance that has wayyy bigger wings and fries worth the price. And down the road 5 mins away, there is another wing place with similar prices or less that gives larger portions and fries with just as many flavors. And the wings (10 pc) all fill up the boxes along with the fries, and they all have the same size of boxes...
While there are pros and cons, I personally wouldn't come back unless I want to give it another chance or the other places I go to are closed.

I order the Philly cheese steak and it was nasty.bread was wet and soft breaking apart,every bite of the sandwich had mushroom so it was more like a mushroom cheese sandwich so never again for me.service was ok.and place was decently clean.

I will never order from this location again! I ordered 2x 10 Lemon Pepper Wings (20 piece) And a small fry via Uber Eats, I only received 11 wings... The total was $29.11 plus delivery tax fee which pushes it to $34 not to mention a tip which it's now $37... Everybody be aware.

I placed an order and paid extra for an upsized drink and they didn’t give me my fries or drink and when I called didn’t answer, recently spoke to someone about this and they told me that I waited too long and there was nothing they could do about it. Worst American deli ever

This has to be the best American deli I live in this area so I know they provide really good service and food!
Attitude from the start. HORRIBLE customer service. I attempted to ask a question and the girl immediately starts attempting to ring up the order. All in effort to rush me out of the way to chit chat with a girlfriend of hers and place that order. Whomever owns this location may want to consider teaching the staff to respect all customers if they desire patronage.

The wings are the best thing here, made fresh and very good. The burger was ok but not as good as I've had at other American Deli. The gyro isn't good, it was dry and not fresh.
