Called in an order 6:42 guy At restaurant says it’s be 10 minutes I arrive pay make my drink food is still not ready. This isn’t the first they have had my order not ready I’m not going back any more they for sure lost me as customer not to mention the place is so damn small and they keep taking order back to back and can’t handle it might as well be a Covid hotspot. Food still wasn’t ready by 7:10 absolutely terrible

I had to argue them down just to get a discount because I didn’t bring my plate Same day like I don’t have a life and that’s so inconvenient, I was on break and couldn’t finish my food because of the disgust with the hair in my food. I had to ask “well can I at least get a discount”. She wanted to say no but I had my points never again. I had a Ruben combo with wings and fries added.
