This specific location isn't trained properly. New drive thru didn't understand how to apply coupons, or that you can use each coupon three times. They also always have you pull up and wait for food even when there is no one else there . Often the fries are not fresh and food is prepared sloppy. I would highly recommend Tara Blvd location

I have a problem with getting edible food from this location the order was a classic roast beef combo with strawberry lemonade and extra Arby's sauce What I got was some fries they were throwing in the trash but stuck a customer with them no straw no Arby's sauce no napkin this food had been sitting around waiting for a delivery order doorDash driver marked it as delivered before she delivered it and when I called her she looked at the phone and hung up I can't eat expired fast food. It's a reason you can't sell it to paying customers never never never again

The food was good until the lady behind the counter with the glasses, black young female I had an attitude because we asked for certain type of sauces or the reason why the sandwich says out of order right now is because of the buns were not king buns. these are questions you should ask because if it says a temporary out, that means you’re not making it right that’s what I would figure but this young lady said it was an attitude. It was just a bun, sir. I spent over $50 for food and I thought the service would be better

It took about 15mins to get the food after I paid for it. It was food and fresh. But they need some help in there. How one person cooking, taking orders, bagging, working the window, and being out the order to the car. Yall need staff thay place.

I loved the food but when it comes to being in a friendly environment you would hope to just eat in peace but when you have kids sitting in the dining area being super hateful and bulling someone about there weight I just wish people could teach there children you never know what is going on in that persons life it’s not polite to stare and call people names for example the person they kept doing these things to is my wife not only is she pregnant but has diabetes so for people like her that has a kind heart and won’t say anything I just wish kids could learn this and save people a lot of tears
