Don’t waste your time. After 11a they were just beginning to put out pastries.. while taking orders- not sanitary. $9 for avocado toast just feels like a rip off. Minimal vegan friendly options. Ordered one slice of toast bc I was really hungry and about to travel. Disappointing. And don’t ask questions about your order, it’ll be ignored or responded to rudely. Out of the 3 staff working, 2 of them were rude, over worked, and stressed. The other was taking orders and moving pastries. This location needs help. The smells in the right corner of the restaurant near the smoothie area needs attention. I won’t be returning.
Customer service is bad, roaches everywhere. I ordered online, saw a bag, and asked the lady at the pickup window if it was mine. She said no, I waited an extra 30 minutes while watching other customers wait for their overdue food. Found out from another worker that the bag was mine, then realized after biting into it they put chicken in it when I didn't order chicken (I'm a vegetarian). The guy I'm assuming was the supervisor made me another sandwich in less than 10 minutes. Overall very unprofessional, unorganized, and dirty.
Just bought a egg white and Avocado on bagel. I paid a whopping $9 for this sandwich. There was nearly an invisible egg and the bagel was so hard I could barely bite it. The only good thing about my first experience here was that the ladies behind the counter were very friendly.
I love it here!!! As a vegetarian, I always get the California Avocado Sandwich. It’s soo good. I even made an exact tasty sandwich at home. But, of course, their sandwich is way better. Highly recommend!
ABC has gone completely down hill. My coworkers and I use to love it and we’ve given them several chances but every single time sandwiches are wrong and we never get our sides we order (instead we’re always given chips). Wait times are long as well.
This place has poor service and needs to be revitalized. A girl at the register was on her phone talking with a Airpod in her ear like she's not on the clock. Has the nerve to have a attitude. It took 15 minutes for me to get a bowl of soup. They charged me $2.16 for avocado for my sandwich.
Food is really good! Customer service is really awful.I actually ordered pick up to go and it was perfect and ready on time. I forgot to get something to drink for lunch and saw that the restaurant had smoothies. I was looking at the menu and noticed the cashier who looked at me and didn’t smile or greet me. I didn’t think too much of it but when I went to the register she still had the same energy. It was really unpleasant and unwelcoming. It made me second-guess getting anything from the restaurant. I really like the sound of one of their drinks and asked her for it and she was very unpleasant to talk to. Once she told me my told her she had the audacity to ask me for a tip!Management. Hire people and train them properly to represent the restaurant the way it should be. The food is good here. The service should be too.I know I wouldn’t want someone like that represent in the face of my business and turning my customers off of purchasing food
I was expecting some fresh food this early 11am, The bread was dryyy, They wasn’t clear on whether they had bread or not. It said fresh baked bread, ain’t nothing was fresh. Dessert and everything was not it. I used to work at Atlanta Bread at the airport so I know what Atlanta Bread Taste like, Horrible experience.
I've been coming to Atlanta Bread for some time now the sandwiches are pretty good and sometimes you have to wait to get your order however recently I've noticed that they had upgraded with a new cashier Ms.Deborah, who's customer service skills and courtesy to her customers makes up for any extra time I've had to wait for my order I have no complaints with this establishment.
This place use to have really good service, but by the looks of it they just hired anybody now a days. I walked to the counter and was viewing the menu. I noticed two girls standing there talking to each other. One girl had burgundy braids with glasses and she was making the food. The other young lady had black braids with glasses on. No one greeted me. I was standing in front of the cash register and the girl with black braids moved to another register. She could have said she would take my order there but instead she just sat there and looked at me. Wow!!! Once I moved to the registered she was at I said “Hello” and she still didn’t greet me. Please save your money by not coming here. It’s not worth it.

This place has gone down hill in the past year. The seating area is dirty. The walls have paint peeling, the dividers are missing in half the store. The bakerys section was empty with one muffin there. We waited over 25 minutes for a half soup and sandwich combo. Then it was cold. If you are not a doordash driver you are damn near ignored. I use to love this place but they have stopped doing any of the things that would make you pay $25 for 2 sandwiches.
Ordered a DoorDash from here and there was a baby cockroach in my salad. I am so disgusted. See photo for reference. Never eating here again.
So I was looking for a Panera bread in my area and couldnt find one by chance I stumbled across Atlanta Bread Company!! I must say I’m never disappointed as every time I order EVERYTHING is always on point. This time I remembered to take pictures, unfortunately not before I demolished my cream of broccoli soup though. This time I had the Bella Chicken Sandwich on Mediterranean Foccacia with provolone, lettuce and tomato (I can do w/o the red onions) and for a snack later I also ordered Raspberry Cream Cheese Pastry which is oftentimes sold out, I got lucky today lol Look ATL Bread is the better remix of Panera bread. The food here was even worse than the customer service and that is saying something. They couldn't understand anything I was trying to ask for, they were out of everything and by everything I mean every single pastry and bread. I finally decided on the broccoli and cheese soup and found that the sandwich that my husband chose to get is pre-made unfortunately we decided to go ahead and eat..... Huge mistake!!!!!!! The bread that came with the soup was so salty I could not eat it, his sandwich was over salty because of the bread, the meat on the sandwich was cold, the broccoli and cheese soup was just disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to eat there and will definitely not ever return.
The service was a little slow, but the food was delicious and filling.
