The food is always good. I was charged for a mobile order b it the restaurant was closed for the holidays. They made it right and followed up as soon as they returned. A+ customer service and I will definitely return.

I’ve been here twice on a Tuesday and they were NOT open. False advertising is the worse. I give up now .

Whoever is answering the phone today 8/12/2025 around 2:15 needs to be coached on customer service , all the attitude isn’t necessary. I wanted to try this place as a first time customer but she turned me completely off. Might spit in my food or something idk with the vibe she gives over the phone. Please train he/she. That persons smart mouth and lack of professionalism is going to cost yall lottttssss of business.

Man wait time longer then purchasing a brand new car so just be ready to sit better yet order your food a day before still won’t be ready but might not be as long smh

Friendly fast service! Amazing Subs (Italian and philly)

Subs were very good.

Customer service is horrible. The older gentleman was rude and also never welcomed me in. It was hot in the restaurant and look unkept l.

We stopped here randomly and grabbed lunch. I got the Italian sub and my boyfriend got a pizza. Everything was GREAT from the food to the customer service. . They know what they’re doing here. Keep up the good work. It’s been about a week, but I think I’m going back today lol.
