I had been wanting to try this place for some time. I finally decided to stop in on my way home from a business trip.I called my order with no problem. When I got there nobody came up front for a good minute. Actually, it took a couple coming in and the door chiming again, before a young lady came up. I don’t recall any kind of friendly greeting but okay… I paid and still tipped. The food… I’m a food lover and it’s very rare I eat anything other than seafood so when I do, I have high expectations. Unfortunately, as I say in the car and ate half of the Philly cheese… I was highly disappointed. The meat had absolutely no flavor, meat seemed over cooked, and the half I ate barely had meat on it (which after I started eating it I didn’t mind because it wasn’t good). I’m not sure if it was a bad day for the cook or people don’t know good food. The reviews didn’t hold up to my experience. I still have the other half and will see if I can fix it up before throwing it away.Sadly, I will not return.

Title: Terrible Customer Service Experience at Atlanta Philly Subs and Pasta in MorrowI recently had the misfortune of visiting Atlanta Philly Subs and Pasta in Morrow, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. The poor customer service I received was utterly appalling, and it has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Upon entering the establishment, I was completely ignored for a full five minutes. When I finally tried to get someone's attention to pick my order, the older African American gentleman behind the counter accused me of yelling, even though I was simply trying to be noticed after being neglected for far too long. Instead of addressing the issue politely and professionally, he responded with unnecessary rudeness and hostility. What made matters even worse was the fact that when I attempted to explain my perspective and express my dissatisfaction with the service, the gentleman in question refused to listen or even attempt to understand my point of view. His dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were truly astounding. As a result of this abysmal experience, not only have they lost my personal business, but I will also be ensuring that my company takes its business elsewhere. It is clear that Atlanta Philly Subs and Pasta in Morrow has a long way to go in terms of providing quality service and treating customers with the respect they deserve. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to think twice. The poor customer service and unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff are simply unacceptable, and I would not recommend subjecting yourself to such treatment. Atlanta Philly Subs and Pasta in Morrow has lost a customer for life, and I will be sharing my negative experience with others to prevent them from enduring the same disrespect.

Italian sub and chicken paremesan very good. I usually don't order chicken paremesan but this was so good. The salads are also generous with the toppings. The staff was very friendly.

This is the best spot I've been to in Morrow so far. I'm glad I work at a gym, because it's going to take me a while to work off these massive portions. The pasta, subs, and cake are all perfect. I can't say enough good things. I'll be back. Often.

Called in an order at 2:15 and was given a pickup time of 30-35 for one sandwich. Which I thought was a bit excessive but still I put in my order and arrived. Upon arrival there are LITERALLY 22 people in what felt like a phone booth. Here it is 3:21 and I still have not received my food. And I forgot to mention, there was a fight about to erupt in the lobby. And the lady behind the counter had the nerve to reply to a customer that also had been waiting extended time to “quit huffing and puffing “ . I usually love this restaurant but this will definitely be my last visit . And I will inform my family to do the same
