They have like 6 employees for what 😂😂😂 you place an online order you come by they all just talking clearly not paying attention to there customers … then I have to wait 10 after I came to pick up my order 15 min after placing it . Like what’s the point of online ordering…..

Aaliyah (hope I spelled that right) always goes above and beyond when I call to customize my DoorDash orders. Around the world lemonade is not an option on the ordering platforms but every time I call she provides excellent customer service! I can hear the smile through the phone! I also frequent this location when out about as well and service along with all the tasty products are always on point! I'll continue to shop here 😊

This was my first time at this location and I ordered regular pretzel nuggets and cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets both of them were hot and fresh. I also ordered a blueberry lemonade. The lemonade tasted like it was a diet lemonade so I end up pouring that out. But the staff was nice and friendly and they have a few tables nearby that you can sit at and eat your pretzels

Ordered a lemonade with my pretzels, when I got it I asked for a cup of ice and was told they can't give a cup of ice so I then asked if they could pour my drink into a bigger cup to put more ice in it and they said they couldn't do that either but to give them my cup and they pouted half my drink out into another cup to add ice so I then asked why would they pour half of my drink out and they said that's the way they have to do it so I politely asked for a refund and got a drink with proper ice elsewhere and this was the manager I was dealing with by the way, I won't be going back

I was here around 1:00pm. Monday 10. I just confused about 2 flavors. I saw they looked the same but some customers ( vietnamese) behind me told me pick the middle one. Then I talked with her about that. I so confused. I want the lady wear the hat with 2 colors dark blue and yellow at store explain for me. But she get angry at me.when my sister pay for this order. That lady slammed the atm machine. I always order food from here when I shopping at south lake mall. I already pay 2 times for today. Total $25. Im so sad. I never come back here anymore.

Need better workers. When you say hello, please and thank you to them they don't say anything back and not nice to children (my 2 year old daughter said hello to the cashier girl n she just looked at her very rudely n turned away) everyone look very unhappy there. Food was okay …
