As a general manager there is a lot I know about baskin Robbins but my experience today was horrible I went in store looking for the cake catalog only to be told that all cake order had to be placed online so I asked to speak with the manager a young man told me he was indeed the manager I asked why can’t I place my order in store he proceeded to tell me that they had 1 cake decorated for 8 different stores( I believe that’s insane and they need to look for more help to insure customers can be taken care of )so if I place my order online it will go directly to her email. Now I understand having 1 cake decorator but my issue was I asked him twice could I speak with a manager he said he was the manager but as soon as I start to complain he instructs me to come back between the hours of 8-12 to speak to the manager now as I said before as a manager I knew he was not in management the moment we began speaking but he lied about it which only frustrated the situation.

Service is great and the kids loved their ice-cream. This Milkshake was on point and you gotta know I love me a good Blueberry Muffin!! Babe had a maple glazed doughnut and some fluffy swirls.

No nice customer service at all. Every time different workers they’re just working there because they need the money but hate their job. Super slow, no greetings like they get mad when people walk in. No manners I said thank you 3 times when he gave me the donughts and ice cream to the guy working the register and not a single you’re welcome just stayed quiet and took my money smh 🤦♀️

The place is nice, the way they remodeled it. The service isn't bad. The waiting, nevertheless, is way too long. They only had two guys to take care of everything inside, and the drive thru, and one of them was in training.

Like most of the shops in this area this place is staffed by lazy idiots who will close early rather than having to do the jobs they’re paid for.The ice cream tastes freezer burnt if you can manage to get service and they are out of many items.Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I'm upset because I come to this store every Tuesday to order a banana,band strawberry smoothie. They never have bananas. So after trying for 4 weeks I asked what was the issue I was told someone had to go out, and buy the bananas. So my question again is why? Don't advertise it if you won't have it.

Went in wanting a banana split and they were out of bananas. No worries. Opted for a waffle cup and all they had were waffle cones. Ok, cool. First three flavors I selected were too frozen to scoop. Gotcha. While scooping the second flavor, dude's dreads went down into the cone. Ok, I'm out. Went to Cold Stone instead.
Store had some type of water leak coming out of the front door. Only 2 employees working, the one on the drive-thru was on it but the other one was super slow and taking people out of order instead of asking who was next.

Baskin Robbins never has the flavors of ice cream you want when you need them. They're not going to have many customers left if you cannot serve them with what they want.

This was the most laziest, unprofessional dunkin workers i’ve ever encountered they messed my drinks up and didnt fix I waited and they just casually walked right pass no glazed donuts cant warm anything up no bananas no nothing! You picked that career if you didn’t want to work QUIT!!!!!

I went to pick up a rather large doordash order, only to be informed they didn't have anything the customer had ordered. It was basically sunday's banana split double scoop of some kind of ice cream. I felt really bad for the customer. I felt worse for me because I only got half pay. What kind of ice cream place can't make a banana split or Sunday that has those on their menu? I don't know maybe that had a really busy Saturday but come on you're Baskin-Robbins you're not supposed to run out of ice cream in the making for those items.

I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. I was looking for an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. I went into the store to ask questions about the cake, first strike nobody was able to answer my questions because the cake person was not there, strike two everything is done online okay fine. I placed my order was charged then to receive a phone call an hour later saying they wouldn’t be able to make my cake because she was going on vacation. So you would think just go to another location to find out she makes the cake for the surrounding 5 stores. At this point I just want a refund which I was told I would get. I never received it, I waited the 5 business day it never showed. I went to the store requesting my refund they told me to call customer service because it’s nothing they could do. Customer service was no help. I’ve been getting the run around to receive my money back. Please take your business elsewhere.
