I went to the location on Jonesboro Road in Morrow yesterday (Nov. 29, 2024) around noon. I ordered two large orders of fries, being that I had my 2 year old grandson with me and he like their fries. I asked the cashier to please only add light seasoning to the fries. (They have a reputation for adding too much salt or seasoning to their fries). When I received my order both orders of fries were covered in seasoning. Way too much for me to eat and I definitely wasn’t going to feed them to my grandson. I didn’t find this out until I had already gotten home, which is about 10 minutes away from this location. I called 3 times and no one answered the phone. This is a serious matter being that too much salt can and will cause serious health problems. I’m not asking for any money back, I’m requesting that your staff respects consumers wishes and not take it personal when asked to make a special order.

2nd shift at 9:00pm i request order 20 PC the lady said they only have 6pc left over of chicken all them where laughing I'll never buy from this location again.
They NEVER get my order right. I have tried 3 times to do business here and the last time was it for me. I don't do spicy or pork I returned the meal the next day & received a full refund with attitude 😑

Went thru drive thru and shorted us one piece of chicken per order and had sausage gravy on mash potatoes
Why can’t you accommodate an order because you have a big order you have to tend to? Management has obvious changed. There is a female manager or 2 that need to be re-trained with customer service skills. It just seems like the workers at 3 different Bojangles I’ve gone to recently were really lacking in customer service skills. They didn’t have certain items on the menu like biscuits or they couldn’t fix my order because they just finished cleaning the grill, $.50 more for extra butter on my biscuit, no one at the front register helping walk in customers. Service will have to get better for me to patronize again. I hope corporate see the reviews.

It seems that customer service is a thing of the past. I placed an order online and sent my daughter to pick it up. I had the order number and gave that to my daughter. No where while placing the order did it say I had to be the one to pick it up. I was simply tryin to make the process quicker because had I known it would be an issue I would have simply cashapped my daughter. The problem I have is the rude mgr. She had an attitude immediately. There is a tone and a way to explain things. You say something like "I'm sorry, only the person who placed the order can pick it up." It's not hard to be polite. The order page nor the email receipt I received mentions this, so that is also a flaw on the company's part. I can only imagine how the rest of the crew behaves if the rude mgr. is their leader. Oct. 11, 2024 at approx. 11:23 am. I will never patronize this location again. Sometimes it's the principle.

It was good until it wasn’t. I thought I had hair in my to-go box. When I flipped my Bo-berry biscuit upside down, it was a bug/fly. I almost ate it. Yuck!!! My Cajun filet biscuit was okay though but not fresh/hot. I usually like this location but I’m disappointed.
