I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit which was hot, fresh and delicious. My coworkers had been talking about boberry biscuits so I tried those also and was not disappointed. The boberry biscuit was warm, soft, fluffy and full of berries on the inside with a nice crust and glaze on the outside. Melt in your mouth deliciousness.

Princess (cashier) is an example of great customer service. Her friendliness caught my attention as I dined in. I also noticed that she's the team role model by the interaction with her coworkers. Friendly service, hot fresh food and a clean establishment....I will definitely revisit soon.

Attitudes are awful most of the time. Especially the blond lady of color! I waited almost 20 minutes at drive-through for 2 sandwiches and they were both wrong. It took so long they FORGOT I said NO CHEESE! Food was room temperature, nasty, cheese was NOT melted. Awful puchase!

The wonderful young lady at the window did VERY well. The fries were covered in salt. I had an instant headache, unfortunately.

I've only been during in the drive thru during the daytime, but this place has consistently been on point. Food is hot, served quickly, and the staff is polite and pleasant. Fast Food service is pretty poor in this area, its nice to have a reliable spot.

Came to Bojangles which is a place I never come to now I know why I was giving my change back which was incorrect I asked about it the manager got upset because it was only $0.28 I was not sure exactly what was missing but the fact that she thought it was okay to give me the wrong amount because the cashier had dropped the rest instead of stating that to me she aggressively says it's only $0.28 not a good look

Waited exactly 46 minutes for “fresh” , hard, burned boberry biscuits. Weren’t edible at all. Waste of money and time. Didn’t even have the energy to go back through the drive thru. Horrible!

Food is good but the service sucks. Retrain employees to have better customer service. The girl taking drive through orders had a bad attitude. I even heard her cursing while talking to the other employees and it was over the intercom. Smh. Her tone with multiple customer was like she was having a bad day.
