Chicken filets seem a little thinner even though the price has gone up. Atmosphere would be better but it's Morrow, can't expect much from that city.

Used to love coming to this Truett's. The menu isn't much more than a regular Chick-fil-A. The service was TERRIBLE. We waited a very long time before someone came to take our order. We waited about as long to get our drinks and even longer to get our appetizer. The food took forever to get. I would say THE worst Truett's/Chick-fil-A we have ever been to bar non. We will NEVER return to this location. Sad!

Food is always hot and fresh. However, the brownie I got during this visit was very dry and crumbly as if it was old. Very untypical for CFA.

I just went here to get a granola parfait. The parfait comes with strawberries and blueberries, so I asked for no strawberries just blueberries. When I got my parfait, it only had three blueberries on it so I asked the guy at the window if I could get more blueberries and he took it back and they said that they would have to charge me for extra blueberries which would have been $1.51 for three more blueberries. The cost is not what got me, it’s the fact that I didn’t get the strawberries so why not add extra blueberries to make up for the strawberries. I was told no that they would have to charge me, that is ridiculous!

I was there a few months ago and the experience, I had to use the restroom really bad and the lady said that the bathroom for the ladies was closed off due to cleaning and I told her I had to use the restroom and I had to wait till I got to another place to use the restroom overall the food was good but I wish the bathroom service will be more better so that customers like me who have trouble going to the bathroom.
Vegetarian options: Make it more better to have more baked than fried all of the time.
Dietary restrictions: Having diary -free products at all restaurants, making sure that the sauces are soy free and more options on the food menu besides chicken, maybe bring back the ribeye steak to the restaurants.
Kid-friendliness: Making sure that the kids are safe in the restaurant and no kids are getting hurt and making a playground suitable for young kids.

The waitress was absolutely fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. The food was really good, especially since we could try some items that aren't available at the drive-thru. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Super cute CFA! Love CFA of course, but love the vibe. I didn't know/didn't see anyone ordering off this breakfast menu I saw other images of it. We went early, not sure what time it starts? Says all day. But worth the stop either way
