These are the same folks that run the Chick-fil-A restaurants. Same quality food with a few different choices of food selections. It's a great place to eat. EDIT: I know this says Chick Fil A at the top but it's Truet's Grill. That's why I said same people as CFA run this.

Friday 4/19/2024I frequent this Chic-Fil-A a lot and the service is always great but tonight, it was EXCEPTIONAL! My online order somehow got “lost in the sauce” and was not appearing in their system and I was already at the restaurant. Despite the hiccup the team members did not hesitate to ensure everything went smoothly.I’m sorry I didn’t take a look at the name tags but I want to commend the young lady who seemingly was the Supervisor or Manager on duty (she has locs, wears glasses, had a blue polo on tonight) for giving the directive to the cashier attendant (tall guy, also has locs). It was evident that customer service was the top priority. Despite the fact that the dining room was closing, after I explained my situation they immediately sprang into action to rectify the situation. My order was prepared promptly and the MOD took the time to hand deliver it to me.The attention to detail and customer satisfaction really impressed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Again, I’m really sorry I didn’t get their names but I hope my description allows them to get the recognition they deserve.Thanks to the entire team.

Okra was cold but my sandwich was smoking hot. I’ve never seen or had a chik-fil-a sandwich that I had to blow lol. The re-made the okra but it was still trashed

I placed an online order for breakfast and payed. Then when I get to the restaurant to pick up my order they confirmed and told me to wait . After 10 min they told me they couldn’t find my order and told me it maybe was cancelled and couldn’t do anything for me . Very dismissive and poor service !
