I am just leaving at 12:06am.(5/31/2025) I must say Pam(server) Kayla (hostess) I hope I spelled them correctly were so kind and sweet from the moment I walked in. I appreciate their kindness and being attentive. I am leaving them a review because I know it's not easy serving guest with different personalities, and some may be demanding. Servers who do well to me do not get enough credit, so I just wanted to take the time to show love to both of these beautiful ladies. I will definitely be back, and I am grateful for the kindness they showed me

JB was our amazing server! He was professional, friendly, helpful and very accommodating! JB assisted with giving us suggestions for our meal and drinks! He refilled our drinks and always made time to ensure we had all we needed. What a wonderful dining experience!!

Had a great time at chilis tonight! We had a phenomenal server, Pam who was the best! We got everything quickly and the food was amazing. I was too busy chowing down to get pics but the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks were fire 😮💨 we did get a triple dipper the big mouth bites were on point and I will say most chilis the fries are average but these were hot fresh crispy. Can’t wait to eat my left overs. Thank you Pam for a great night!

came in for my birthday this evening. Got sat pretty quick dispite the restaurant being full. Order got placed at a good time. The server didnt really seem friendly. I also noticed that you have to pay for chips and salsa? Well I guess this is a fast tex-mex restaurant so what can you expect. It felt like if we were charged by asking for stuff. Everybody at the table just got 1 napkin after 20 minutes of asking for some. Aswell as for asking for salt and other condiments. The food is really good but the service is a hit or miss. The manager was very nice though and made the experience way better

There has been a HUGE change in this restaurant recently and I am here for it. The service was absolutely amazing tonight. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and fast. My drink and appetizer came out within seconds of ordering it. My food was out less than 5mins after that. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Khalil was my server, he was amazing and the manager was pleasant as well. Great job you guys! I’ll be back.
We popped into this Chili's after a movie, and were treated to great food and service. They were busy, but the staff made it a good experience for all of us !
Overpriced bad service the machine at the table was broken she spent 20 mins trying to fix it rather than just taking are cards. It was a 1 hour and 20 mins total start to finish late getting back to work

Their burgers are amazing, we come there often after church. Fast service, and we have never received bad service. Prices are reasonable and so worth it..
If I could leave zero stars I would. Spoke with the manager “MO” to try to get an issue resolved due to a lack of communication on their part and he was very rude, cutting me off during conversation and had a sassy attitude. Not sure if the so-called “busy” Saturday night crowd had him in an irritable mood but his hospitality was horrible upon first impression. My family and I were seated and decided to leave without even ordering because of the terrible customer service received upon arrival. I will not be returning to this location, 0/10. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, EVER. Save yourself the time.
