Chili’s Grill & Bar has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They have a lot of kids working there, but instead of serving customers, many of them just stand around while you wait forever for your food. It literally takes hours to get your meal, and if you speak up about it, the staff gives you attitude. The managers are no better – they’re rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the time or money
I normally order the old-timer with cheese burger with fries, this time I wanted to try something different, I decided to have a surf and turf meal with loaded mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli 😤😭 the broccoli was barely warm and without seasoning, the steak was a tasteless greasy mess, the loaded mashed potatoes 👎 I'm mad at myself for not going to Longhorn next door where I know I wouldn't have been disappointed. I never had anything except burger and fries from Chillis and they're always delicious so that's why I wanted to try something else, I'll just stick to the burger and fries, and before I forget to add, I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what, but there was no greeter at the door. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant looked clean, the food was just trash, I think they gave me that food because they hate me not sure why because they don't even know me.

I am just leaving at 12:06am.(5/31/2025) I must say Pam(server) Kayla (hostess) I hope I spelled them correctly were so kind and sweet from the moment I walked in. I appreciate their kindness and being attentive. I am leaving them a review because I know it's not easy serving guest with different personalities, and some may be demanding. Servers who do well to me do not get enough credit, so I just wanted to take the time to show love to both of these beautiful ladies. I will definitely be back, and I am grateful for the kindness they showed me

JB was our amazing server! He was professional, friendly, helpful and very accommodating! JB assisted with giving us suggestions for our meal and drinks! He refilled our drinks and always made time to ensure we had all we needed. What a wonderful dining experience!!

Had a great time at chilis tonight! We had a phenomenal server, Pam who was the best! We got everything quickly and the food was amazing. I was too busy chowing down to get pics but the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks were fire 😮💨 we did get a triple dipper the big mouth bites were on point and I will say most chilis the fries are average but these were hot fresh crispy. Can’t wait to eat my left overs. Thank you Pam for a great night!
