I stood in line behind an extremely obnoxious, self-absorbed young man. He was being intentionally abrasive with the food preparer. His specific request needed a managers approval. Ms. Kameisha F. came from the back and thoroughly explained to the customer why she was allowing his request just that time and went on further to explain why. She was soft spoken and smiled throughout her interaction with him. All I could do was smile. Having served customers for 30+ years I’ve never seen a restaurant manager act with such poise and grace. She was truly a lady first and a manager second. She respectfully assisted her customer. She deserves recognition and definitely needs to train your frontline servers some of her techniques.

Food is good CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSSSSS that afternoon crew!!!!! Alll of em (except the Caucasian lady) she’s about the only one that speaks! The rest of em hate there job and human interaction!! Never fails to go to this location and have a bad experience because the line employees are rude, don’t speak, blank expressions!!
Lobby stays nasty! Attitudes nastier! It cost nothing to simply say hello and good bye! There attitude will ruin your whole meal if you let it!

Ordered 2 chipotle bowls, adoble chicken was extremely salty. Who was the cook today??A female worker. Please learn how to season meat properly!!! Requested a half gallon of water , just to eat this meal!!! Yuck

their portions are horrible, only 10 chicken pieces on my bowl . and for guacamole to be an extra three dollars, I expect the whole scoop of guacamole, they sccop then dump the rest off . guacamole is only vegetables smh.

This location is always the worst. The staff always look sick and tired of being at work. You may get a friendly check out person here and there. The food is honestly nasty. Complete waste of money, just don’t bother.

I have to say, I don’t write many reviews but I have to give a shout out to Monique because she had the line moving, I almost turned around because it was like 8 people in line but I wasn’t there for long, I only had to tell her one time what I wanted and she made my burritos and tacos just the way I wanted and she was doing both parts of the service line, you go girl! I vote for a raise lol.

I come here every other day. Lately the food quality has not been up to part. Me and my fiance threw our food in the trash after spending our usual 40$. The rice was undone and somehow mushy as well. Everything was overly salty and too much cilantro as well. If your blood pressure is high, look the other way. Also, the Hispanic lady at the register has a nasty attitude, everyone else was great.

I visited the Chipotle in Morrow for dinner, and while the food was good, the atmosphere was pretty off-putting. The employee helping me was lovely and attentive, but there was a lot of tension among the staff. At one point, an employee in the back was talking to others when the manager announced loudly that they’d be fired if they didn’t clock out on time, even though there was a line of customers waiting. Another employee on lunch break was told to clock back in immediately. As a customer, it felt incredibly unprofessional to witness this kind of exchange—especially when one employee called out the manager for sitting in the office to eat while they couldn’t even finish their break. The whole situation was uncomfortable, and it definitely rushed my interaction and made the customer in front of me uncomfortable too. I hope management can find a better way to handle these issues behind the scenes for a more pleasant dining experience next time.
