No one welcomed me in and I patiently waited for my online order to be done. The young lady who was working the online line at 7:00 pm on 1/3/26 was really rude. I came in and sat and waited patiently because I seen she was working on an order. Soon as she finished with that order I got up to tell her my name but she quickly turned around and rolled her eyes at me. So I said “let me be patient maybe she’s having a bad day.” So I waited another 5 minutes and just asked the young lady who was working at the register for a water cup while I wait then the lady who was working on the online line saw me talking to the one on the register and finally wanted to ask me my name. I gave her my name and my food was sitting right there the entire time , she gave me my good and rolled her eyes again. Sadly I was really patient nor bombarded her while she was working so for her to have an attitude with me wasn’t professional especially for someone who was being patient. I’m a manager and professionalism is truly important for any company. I always come to this chipotle because it’s right by the gym but never had an experience like this. And ordered chicken with barely none in it but had more rice and veggies more than anything. Never had this problem before

If you go to this location they constantly tend to run out of product chicken, rice, etc... Plus please do not order doordash, or Uber eats from this location. Your portions will be next to nothing!

They give you little to no rice and chicken then want to charge you for more when it’s barely any! I’ve never been to a chipotle that’s super stingy and want to up charge more . Plus the customer service is HORRIBLE. I only go if it’s my last resort

I placed an online order and arrived around 12:10 to pick it up. When I arrived, I walked to the side so I can pick my order up. I didn’t get her name, but the young lady who helped me was amazing. Her customer service was top tier as she was efficiently multi-tasking with a great attitude and all smiles. Thank you so much!

This particular location is new but not kept clean. Good prep area is dirty and the tables and chairs are left dirty. Utensils are not replenished and you have to ask. Most of them do not change their gloves and go between tasks using the same gloves. The steak and chicken is always burnt and they are always low on supplies. They also charged my card twice. She told me the first tap did not go through and I tapped again looked at my card statement and it was charged the same amount twice.

The young lady that rang me up needs to calm down and wait for the whole party to finish there meal. She had to do 3 different transactions for me because she was too impatient to wait on my party of 3. She rang up our food I paid, they added the sause I had to swipe again, they wanted a drink I had to swipe again all because I was at the front of the line. Calm down love

We ordered dinner for pickup upon arrival it was ready and the order was correct. Camesha had prepared it and made sure I had salad dressing and rice on the side. The other young lady checked to make sure. I appreciate the customer service and they were both pleasant. Things that sometimes are not experienced. 5-stars for service at the Morrow location.

I stood in line behind an extremely obnoxious, self-absorbed young man. He was being intentionally abrasive with the food preparer. His specific request needed a managers approval. Ms. Kameisha F. came from the back and thoroughly explained to the customer why she was allowing his request just that time and went on further to explain why. She was soft spoken and smiled throughout her interaction with him. All I could do was smile. Having served customers for 30+ years I’ve never seen a restaurant manager act with such poise and grace. She was truly a lady first and a manager second. She respectfully assisted her customer. She deserves recognition and definitely needs to train your frontline servers some of her techniques.
