I am extremely unsatisfied with my $40 plus dollars worth of stale old chicken and dry burnt biscuits. No one answers the phone and I have hungry small kids. I am lost for words that someone would serve my kids and I this mess.

The restaurant hours are 10:30am-11pm. I arrived at the restaurant exactly at 10pm and was told they only have 4 thighs left. I asked can my order be cooked and I’ll wait. The employee refused to cook more chicken even though it was an hour before closing. She even lied and stated they close at 10:30pm. Very inconvenient and why not cook more chicken that would have been more money for the business. I advise to not go after 9:30 because they will not try to serve you

3rd time coming to TRY to get spicy chicken and every time I come they don’t have any. They don’t say there getting ready to make any, just simply don’t have it. How… isn’t it just seasoning. Stop promoting it if you’re not going to have it. I have tried 3 times at different times of the day to get it, and all three times same answer. Are you all not selling it anymore?

I've been here several times.. each time my food is not hot and the chicken is fatty, which means they don't clean it before seasoning and cooking. Taste like the cooking oil is old and the chicken is overly floured. I'm done trying. Food cost too much to not prepare it properly. Something is off about the taste. Are they cooking everything in the same oil? Are they skimping on the seasonings? I can't figure it out.
