Went in for ice cream and was meet with rudeness and unprofessionalism! There is a boy/girl working there that should not even have a job. After complaining to the manager, the worker continued to mouth off disrespectfully. To make matters worse, they were outside of the establishment still mouthing off while others are saying it’s a child. Not one employee had the sense to tell the person to respect their elders. I will never go here again and will not recommend anyone to patronize this establishment. ?

I had a taste for some ice cream. So I was given directions to Cold Stone Creamery. This is not my neighborhood so I was not familiar with the place. This is my first time there. The ice cream of course was wonderful but I think the cone itself...The waffle cone was a little on the hard side. Maybe it just got cooked a little too much on that day. All in all, I love ice cream and so I enjoyed my purchase.

This location was extremely slow, and unlike many Cold Stones that I have visited, I have never been to one where there are only 8 flavors instead of 18. This location also ran out of waffle bowls and cones; in addition to that, they also closed at 7 as compared to the sign on the door that says 10. Overall, I'm completely disappointed in this location. The lack of options and early closing time really put a damper on my visit. The staff seemed unorganized and overwhelmed, making the whole experience even more frustrating. I don't think I'll be returning to this particular Cold Stone anytime soon.

Man outside of the lady Emily there everyone else is a joy but this one particular employee is loud, obnoxious and rude.
Come here all the time the new people are not very welcoming and very rude especially the young lady Nichole she has a very nasty attitude
