Where to begin? Great service - the crew is mostly staffed with young adults whom are sooo courteous and respectful. They are patient and deliberate with your order and provide a welcoming customer experience. My fiancée and I make the drive twice a week from Stockbridge because they serve the silk non dairy but mainly because of the great customer service. Two scoops nondairy with pecans and one scoop non dairy with walnuts. A 10 in my book!

Ja’khi and Amani were amazing . The best customer service ever and I would definitely recommend coming when they’re working. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I have been to this property twice and the two lady workers have handmade signs and never are able to make anything. I know the establishment is good, but this location needs new staff.

The ice cream was really good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also was told by the employee “thanks for the tip but I don’t get it, I only get cash tips”. We had no idea this was the case (there was no sign) and now are wondering where the electronic tips go?? Disappointing experience.

Me and my Husband’s first time here …we actually live 20 miles away We drive all the way here and was met by a rude ,low speaking ,unhelpful,no Eye contact! Seems like she ABSOLUTELY HATES HER JOB !! THE ICE CREAM WAS THE BEST THING POSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PLACE IVE EVER BEEN !! Never RETURNING HERE!
