While trying to use a $5 off coupon, I added 2 waffle cones that they didn’t have. I thought that they were in the bag only to get home to nothing. A bunch of kids running this location. sn:Good help is hard to find.

I have been to this property twice and the two lady workers have handmade signs and never are able to make anything. I know the establishment is good, but this location needs new staff.

The ice cream was really good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also was told by the employee “thanks for the tip but I don’t get it, I only get cash tips”. We had no idea this was the case (there was no sign) and now are wondering where the electronic tips go?? Disappointing experience.

Me and my Husband’s first time here …we actually live 20 miles away We drive all the way here and was met by a rude ,low speaking ,unhelpful,no Eye contact! Seems like she ABSOLUTELY HATES HER JOB !! THE ICE CREAM WAS THE BEST THING POSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PLACE IVE EVER BEEN !! Never RETURNING HERE!

Just visited this place and this boy/ girl with blonde hair name Joanna had the worst attitude and was extremely rude to my wife and myself. We didn’t order anything complicated and it seemed like he/she was just very upset with making two standard cups of ice cream with two toppings & a kids cup. She had a very smart mouth. However other girl named Amani that helped us was nice. We visit this specific location often and we’ve never experienced this level of unprofessional customer service. Management please look into whoever is serving your patrons so you don’t lose business.

Went in for ice cream and was meet with rudeness and unprofessionalism! There is a boy/girl working there that should not even have a job. After complaining to the manager, the worker continued to mouth off disrespectfully. To make matters worse, they were outside of the establishment still mouthing off while others are saying it’s a child. Not one employee had the sense to tell the person to respect their elders. I will never go here again and will not recommend anyone to patronize this establishment. ?
