The service is fast, efficient and the staff was friendly. S/N...I don't understand the concept of the whole onion slice on the burgers, a couple of pieces would suffice but a whole onion slice is a bit too much, lol

I got in late from a horrible experience being delayed at airports, driving home in the middle of the night. I never heard of cook out, pulled in at midnight. The food is perfect for fast food, and the price is right. Being open late night was a life saver. Great burger for the price, can't beat it.

I pull up to the drive-thru is like five workers coming from the park and they are walking slow across the drive thru so I have to wait for them to pass slowly as they stare me down. Had to roll up my window. Atmosphere is a little negative and they got my order wrong. I ordered a Reese's cup shake and got caramel instead....smh lady in drive thru rude as well

Absolutely waste of money. Threw it all away due to everything being raw. Both quesadillas had unmelted cheese, raw hush puppies, and raw soggy fries. Hopefully I get food poisoning to add to the mix.
The girl that worked the drive thru Sunday August 2 at 11pm. They need her clone at every drive thru in America. She was awesome and the best multitasker in any drive thru I have ever visited. Shout out to her talent. Wish I had got her name.
