We love cookout and always stop anytime we are traveling! This is without a doubt the worst one we have been to. Service was terrible. No one was there and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. The coke was out in both machines, that was another 12 minutes to get someone to put coke in our cups from the back. The food was awful, I don’t think they have changed the grease in a long time. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your energy, don’t waste your money on this waste dump of a establishment, didn’t give me what I wanted, tried to charge me extra for what I originally asked for anyways and the food was lukewarm upon giving it to me, the young lady at the front tonight was manner-able but the manager apparently needs training heavily in his area, I won’t ever be coming back here and I hope my experience leaves people with a second thought before coming.

HORRIBLEEEE.Very Rude Cashier Named SEMAJ! he or she threw my boyfriends order at him and didn’t want to give him any sauces! They were so rude while he was ordering. I never had an experience like that before. THE CHICKEN they gave us was RIDICULOUSLY SMALL. I’m sure they did that out of anger because I told my boyfriend, I was going to leave a bad review based on their attitudes.

Worst cook out ever. My food came out horrible and messed up, they can’t even get a simple burger right. Service was horrible. Whoever the night manager is SUCKS. How do you mess up an order 2 times ? Then had the nerve to get upset at me because of YOUR constant mistakes, I just asked for my money back and it was thrown at me. I will not return to this location. You’re better off somewhere else.

Usual I've been done right by this restaurant. But as of lately they've been shorting me on white cheddar bites (they were purchased and not a tray side) How does someone get more bites on double side tray vs paying almost 4 dollars and getting only a half a bag full. Went today and ordered the 2 chicken qesadilla. Once I got home I realized that my chicken qesadillas were all cheese and absolutely no chicken to be seen. I even completely opened it and all cheese. Sometimes I'll ask for a huge sprite or a lemonade and they give me a large plastic cup instead. Knowing I was charged for a huge drink. Something has to change or I'm going to another Cook Out restaurant.
