I sat here for over an hour waiting on food, but to mention when it did come out, not all of it was there, but it was also cold and not even worth eating. 0/10 experience. i would NOT recommend.

I had a very enjoyable meal. It wasn't crowded at all at the time I went. Their Chicken & Dumplings are a classic comfort.

We stopped by 45 mins prior to closing after leaving the SEC Championship game. Our server Daryl greeted us so kindly and made us feel right at home. From beginning to end, our visit was very pleasant. We received fresh hot biscuits and did not wait long for our food. You can tell that Daryl is a hard worker and very caring about his customers experience. He went above and beyond ensuring we got everything we ordered and wanted. He seemed to be working the dining room by himself with several tables and always had a smile on his face. We don’t eat out often these days because it’s tough to have a positive experience with service and food so we were so thankful to have both today! Thank you Daryl for being so wonderful. We hope to see you next year!

I love our Morrow Cracker Barrell. The food is very reasonable and good. The steak was cooked to perfection. My favorite dinner is the friend chicken, and my favorite breakfast is Mama's Breakfast . My favorite waiter is Anthony. Enjoy😉

This Cracker Barrel was a little hard to explain this service on the food side was horrible. The waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was very rude. The environment was horrible. The other tables that nobody was at there was dirty dishes everywhere, in the tables were not being bussed. Me and my husband were there for a good 25 to 35 minutes and during that time those tables were not bussed at all, the waitress was very young very rude. You could tell she just did not want to be there at all, but the clothing side was amazing 10 out of 10. The retail workers were very sweet. They would hold conversations with me and my husband they showed us where everything was at. They talk to us about certain items we were looking at just amazing!!

Highly disappointed! Meatloaf was raw! Hash brown casserole was overcooked/crispy! Chicken and dumplings were good though.

Food was not very consistent. In party of 5 some food was served hot, some was not. Something bad has happened to Cracker Barrel, which used to be very dependable.

This I decided to order a Thanksgiving family meal from Cracker Barrel because my oven isn't working. I knew the cost was a little high but I chose them because all of my experiences eating in the restaurant were positive. I appreciated the prompt service for pickup and the beautiful box it came in, but everything else was a disappointment. From the portions of the food which was supposed to feed 4-6 (clearly they meant children's plates) to the tasteless food inside that I was embarrassed to feed my children and guests, I was extremely regretful that I ordered this meal and next time my oven isn't working, I will just go out to eat. Definitely a waste of money.

I had a full discussion about my order with the waitress then served the wrong food. Never received my hot chocolate in the correct mug and they never corrected my order. Totally disappointed in this place.

First time eating at a Cracker Barrel and it was a really subpar experience. We didn’t have one good encounter with anyone that works at the Morrow, GA location. Our waitress had a bad attitude from the time she arrived to our table. The food was really blah especially the French toast. May be different at other locations but this one sucks

I want to take a minute and THANK the ENTIRE staff from the front of the house to the back of the house, management, hostess, servers, cooks, dish washers, bussers, the ones working the registers and the shop for working on Thanksgiving. Without you all, many of us wouldn't have had Thanksgiving dinner. We arrived around 430pm and the wait was only 40 minutes... I was expecting it to be a much longer wait. It was just my son and myself so we looked around the shop and before we knew it, we were being seated. The entire staff was super friendly. Waiting on our food, I observed every single member of the staff working diligently. Clearing tables, seating customers and bringing out food like a well oiled machine. Our food was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed every minute of being out of the house, not having to cook, do dishes or clean. When we went to pay our bill, I thanked the staff for working today and I was told out of everyone that had come in, I was the 2nd person to say " Thank you " to them for sacrificing their Thanksgiving and working. Isn't that what Thanksgiving is about?? Being Thankful? So sad that so many patrons decided to go out and eat and not thank the ones that were catering to them and missing out on their own families. So, from the bottom of my heart ( and my sons heart ) Thank you so much Morrow Cracker Barrel staff for such an enjoyable evening. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours 🦃

We attempted to dine-in for lunch on Thanksgiving. Yes, I absolutely understand that it is a busy day for them, as this is one of the only places open for the holiday.
But it took almost 35min for a server to come to our table. We joined the waiting list ahead of time, so when we arrived it did not take long to be seated. Again, we understand it's a busy day but 35min is wild. After speaking to a manager in a blue button up after 15min without anyone coming to the table, he sent someone over to just get drink orders. Then after more time passed, another server in the area noticed us looking around. She was sweet and asked if we needed our server, we informed her we didn't know who our server was. After that she came back again, saying she could take our order since she only had 2 tables.
We knew we were not sitting in her sections, so we thought that was super sweet for her to offer. At this point it was about 25min since we were first sat and three other tables sat after us but received service first. So instead we asked for the manager again, just to express our disappointment in the situation.
The man in the blue button up returned, not even with an apology. But said he would grab our server. In between that time and when she finally arrive we decided to take our business elsewhere. Not on the server, who was busy, but sad display from management in handling the situation knowing the server was helping a large party when we were sat. And again no apology from the manager as we left.
