Awesome service. The wait was not long at all but too long for the manager’s taste,who gifted my wife and I a free sundae for the “wait” Yep,going back….hope the wait is longer this time!! lol.
I recently visited Dairy Queen and had a fantastic experience! The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—seasoned just right and served hot and fresh. The fries and Texas toast on the side made it a complete, satisfying meal.
Workers were kind and the food was great! However, the system that the workers are using is extremely old and needs to be updated. The buttons on the card reader are all faded. I used to work at a Dairy Queen and we had electronic system that was easy to use, I don't know what cash register system they have here but it looks confusing. I just think it would be more beneficial for the workers if they had an up to date system.
