The worse food experience I’ve ever had. I order my food online because that is the only way they allow you to do it if you want to place an order. When you call their number it does not work. Which prompt you to place your order online. I placed my order online. I received an email confirmation and a text confirmation. I actually received two email confirmations. Text tells me what time will be ready. I drive to the place to get my food and they refused to give me my food they say at first they don’t do DoorDash, even though there is a sign when you pull up that says that way for DoorDash. They then told me and switch the storyby saying they don’t have my receipt so they can’t give me my food because they don’t see the order. I am showing them my receipt that they text me and emailed me, but they still refused me. I had my kid with me in the car and that’s who I came to get food for. No matter how many times I show them my receipt that they emailed me. They refused to give me my food because they said they lost my receipt. About 30 minutes after leaving they didn’t text me and say oh we found your receipt, you can come get your food. I already drove an hour. Why would I come and drive back to get food that they refuse to give me after telling me I never ordered. It was a horrible experience. How do you refuse something someone paid for because they don’t have their stuff together with their busines. Look at the picture of the text telling me to come back for my food after refusing to give it to me with multiple proof that i ordered. Oh and get this at first they tried to act like they were making my food and then suddenly oh we can’t give it to you.

Visited this location on Sunday and all I wanted was to get 3 bottles of water . The menu on the wall states the water bottles cost $1.00. When the young man rung me up he said my total was $5 for 3 waters and I asked how was that possible if they are $1 each and he said they ring up in their system as $1.50 and he can’t change it . So I walked out. I say this to say, it’s not about the price but the principal. Your displayed price should match your POS at all times. If there is a $.50 difference on water bottles from the advertised menu, then I can only imagine the difference in price for the food people are ordering and just paying and not really realizing the math ain’t mathing .

My daughter worked here and was lured by two other workers after she got off and was beaten, robbed and held against her will. Police arrested one and from my understanding from the police, this isn’t the first time this sort of incident has happened. Beware.

Firstly, the service was atrocious. In person, the workers were very rude and condescending, and they really seemed like they would have rather been anywhere but around other humans.The food was edible and cooked decently. While the food was decently prepared and well-cooked, the Chinese food was bland and mediocre.The wings' sauce was merely a half-step above Zaxby's pathetic glorified ketchup. Overall, the food was edible but sad.The process for online ordering is convoluted, unclear and it adds unnecessary steps.Lastly, this location has no respect for its operating hours. Often, it is closed many hours before its answering machine and Google claim that it is set to close, without prior warning.
